1st Agar transfers, what now?

First off I'm a total newb. These are not only my first transfers from starting with a MSS but my first transfers ever. Also, "APES" should be pesa.
So where do I go from here? The growth looks pretty uniform and thankfully there's no contamination. Are these good to go to grain? Allow to grow out more, fully colonize the plate and then go to grain? More transfers to attempt getting perfect uniformity? If more transfers what should I be looking for on these plates?
Thanks for any help, comments, or suggestions.

From what I can see, they look fine to go go grain with. If you want, do one more transfer and then go to grain.
If going to grain with them, do it asap before they hit the edges. Also, if you go to grain with these take a few transfers first so you can have some live, clean myc on some plates and not have to start from spores again if the grain jars go south.
You won't get perfect uniformity unless going to a monoculture, theoretically. Actually, if you keep transferring you will probably start to see less uniformity as the sectors become more evident. So, dont worry about it. From MS, you are just focusing on getting a clean culture and then go to grain in most scenarios.

The good thing about agar is that you have lots of different options to go forward and if you fuck up, you have lots of ways to recover. If you want to get grains going NOW you can! If you want to make more plates, you CAN! If you want to isolate different genetics you can too! Since you have multiple plates there is a lot you can do. If you want to get the genetics really isolated you should probably take one more transfer. Look for the fastest growing mycelium. I've noticed there is a debate in the community about whether its better to select rhizomorphic (spikey lighting bolts) growth or tomentose (fluffy clouds) When you go to grain, I'd let the plate fill up. Once you have the very isolated genetics, keep track of what you do with that grow and save the isolated plates so you can go back to it in the future after you found which isolate produces the best flush. Make labels with dates and numbers/letters. Since this hobby is all about patience its good to have lots of different things going on in the background.

1 more transfers wont narrow down the genetics too much in the grand scheme of things, so dont worry about that. Even on T2 from MS you're still talking thousands of strains. Rhizo or tomentose doesn't matter, it's just rhizo can make it a bit easier to spot a competitor contam that is mixed in with the myc.
The end game is getting good clones, so MS played aren't too important to keep on the back burner unless it's the only live myc that you have. Going back to an MS plate wont guarantee the same kind of results on a consistent basis like you would expect from a clone culture.
To get the genetics really isolated from MS, you're talking dozens of transfers. Not worth the effort aside from a novelty type project.

^^ You make a lot of sense Gan. Question, when you clone from a mushroom that's been through around 2 generations of g2g, do you have to worry about the genetics getting too old?

What you're thinking of is senescence (wasnt sure if you knew the technical term or not).
Personally, they would be perfectly fine. I often times use second generation g2g for tubs and take clones (2nd gen for me meaning 1 g2g from my master jar, then a g2g from my previous g2g receiving jars) pretty often. I see no issue that I can tell. I will say I dont go past 2nd "generation" g2g though
