Doctor patient relationships

so my doctor that i have had for sometime now and i have a stressed relationship.
i went on a trip and had all my medication in my luggage and it had gotten misplaced on the way home, the airline assured me they would get it back to me in a week or so.
i have been taking Ativan and temazepam for almost a year and I knew the rebound anxiety and sleeplessness would be hell.
i went to my doctor with all the documentation for the airlines saying my bag was be retuned to me with in the week.
i would have only needed a few days of medication and i have never asked for my RX early the whole time i have gotten them so i figured it would be no big deal.
when i went in to talk to her i noticed some construction going on and i commented on the new wall paper.
we got talking about contractors and she told me for what ever reason that having your own practice isnt very lucritive.
she said she couldnt write me an early RX and told me that she couldnt write it because i had gotten it 2 wqeeks ago, and i asked for a few days of something else and she said that it wasnt allowed.
i know this to not be true.
I went back to my sleep doctor and it was no issue getting what I needed and I have been getting my RX's from my sleep doctor these past 2 months.
all of a sudden I get an email notification saying I have an appointment today at 6, I didn't make this appointment.
if she asks me why I haven't been back I think I should tell her the truth, that she left me out to dry and lied to me about being able to rx a different med(as my sleep doctor did it over the phone the same day, she called in 10 1mg kpins and knew why I needed them.
seeing as she told me about her apparent money worries and the fact I haven't been back in 3 months makes me think this is going to be a confrontation and I don't know really what to say or do in this appointment in 4 hours.

I would call and ask them what is going on. Then tell the doctor how you feel about the situation.

Yeah man, tell her the truth
Her financial situation is not your problem. Your medical situation on the other hand is her business and she didnt come through
I would suggest looking for a new doctor

My thought would be that she just doesn't want to do anything for you unless she gets to bill for an appointment.

You're under no obligation to continue seeing any doctor.
If you don't want to continue seeing her, then don't. If she asks, calmly explain to her the situation and tell her you're finding a new physician. If she's a professional, she should appreciate the input.

I know right
we just shot the shit for like 20-30 mins and asked if I needed anything
so I said I have been not sleeping well from being cooped up all the time(true)
and asked for a few temazepam and she gave me 30 15mg pills lol.
she told me I seemed very calm, I took that as a complement and said thank you and left with an appointment in a month but I don't know what for. maybe ill ask for some bars that time

Send her a formal letter. It will cut deeper.
--------------------
Ephesians 6:12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. Psalm 12:6 The words of the Lord are pure words: as silver tried in a furnace of earth, purified seven times. Hebrews 11:3 Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear. Revelation 3:11 Behold, I come quickly: hold that fast which thou hast, that no man take thy crown.
