I have had a relationship with mushrooms just like Paul Stamets, and it's quite a journey. I'm one of those individuals that always succeeds at the most difficult method for achieving desired ...*ahem* results.
However I have a vision, and I intend on educating myself with a degree and a legal method. I know it's steep however, I live by this moto.

When you have pins before the jar is finished colonizing that's a sure sign of contamination. It looks rather early as alot of the jar is not yet finished and looks pretty bacterial. I would say you could probably birth it and maybe get some fruits but I would keep that far away from any other projects you have going on.
You should try to take some of those pins or even clone that large one and put it to agar for a clean up session.
Love the attitude by the way I hope you succeed in your venture towards your goal. Mycology degrees are difficult and jobs are hard to come by but if you keep at it i'm sure you will find your way to what you want

First of love the avatar and the group, those guys are incredibly talented. Ive made EDM for over 15 years. I wanted to ask were you saying to keep the jar with the massive growth in it, far from everything else?

I apologize, thank you for spending that time to give me insight. I will learn from these strategies. Should I still dunk them in water?

I would say he will definitely get normal fruiting if he just births them and bacteria doesn't spread in the way you are proposing, it's not an issue at all to fruit suspect cakes in the same FC as otherwise healthy cakes. Not even if there was visible mold growth on one of the cskes would it really pose any kind of threath to the healthy cakes, at least not IME having grown a shit ton of contaminating cakes together with healthy ones

You could get the same amount of fruiting but from what i've seen and experienced if you put the cakes in an environment that has a microclimate easier to keep up with (bulk with coir) then there is a better chance to get more bigger fruits then just birthing as is.
I have had 10 half pint cakes that were bacterial produce 897g wet in bulk and I doubt they would have produced that same amount had I just birthed them regularly. And the only reason I suggest keeping those cakes away from other projects wasn't for the health of his other cakes he would birth. More so away from his grow room in general as if his cakes developed trich and started sporulating then he might have a problem with future grows. Wasn't necessarily saying his current healthy cakes would take a hit.

Like i said, spawning cakes made from bacterial spore solution is asking for trouble and You don't need bulk with coir to create good fruiting conditions as I've been demonstrating lately over and over.

I am so so sorry. Yes they fruited wonderfully although I'm having another issue with the second flush. I'm afraid to dunk the cakes so I have been keeping the humidity up. ill take pics and post tonight. Thank you for your support

U should definitely dunk after the first flush or at the least, bottom water.
Also, trim back that tin foil to around just the cakes. Also, make sure you mist enough (but not too much) to keep the humidity up.
Lastly, I dont recommend regular mouth jars. They are a pain to work with sometimes, such as birthing. Wide mouths are much better jars. They are great for spore-printing too.

I only dunked the two that seemed to have been stalling and it appears as though mycelium is peeking through the cakes again

Okay so from the first flush, I kept a few chunks and threw them back into one of my pint jars that was only half full of BRF. A few days later, I decided to make up some manure sub and take another, SUB/MIX BRF FAILURE that was edgy and said wtf I'm a scientist, I need to test things out and see what happens. Well tonight I peeked inside my bucket and lo the mycelium is surfacing!
