Hey guys new here I created an account to discuss this and possibly get some help.
About 5 months ago I developed some pretty nasty insomnia as a part of micro dosing shrooms and having someone in my family starting an argument with me while I was on (this argument was about 7 months ago, at least that's what I think caused it). As a result of this I haven't been able sleep really well since then. To be fair I've had a lot on my mind since then and I hope that this is just stress related but I really want an answer and I hope the damage isn't permanent.
I was wondering if any of you had an answer to this or a solution, I still have the shrooms on hand (like 6 months old at this point) but anything would help
As far as sleep goes I probably get a few hours of sleep a night before I have a sort of panic attack and wake myself up
Also I use to be a compulsive weed smoker and stopped when I was depending on it to sleep. (I've had sleep problems in the past as well) but I really noticed the insomnia up tick recently because its been a month since I've smoked
Any help would be appreciated
Also when I do sleep my dreams are very intense, If there's any other details you need please let me know.

Don't watch TV or use any electronics about an hour before sleep instead use this time to do some relaxing exercise not too vigorous. Laying down for too long before sleeping isn't good, try and remain active until your ready for bed. Teach your body when to sleep, by setting triggers and making them routine and overtime you'll find it alot easyer to fall asleep exactly when you want to.
Routine isnt the best way to live but it certainly helps for getting your sleep pattern in check, I dimm the lights and then my body knows its that time. Just like when you need a pee but it won't come out until you know your over the toilet your body gets a trigger to do something.

How much are you microdosing and for what purpose?
Do you have bipolar or have you had manic episodes in the past? Are you taking any meds?
You might consider reducing the dose of mushrooms that you are taking regardless of whether the dose is already small. Some people are exquisitely sensitive to psilocybin.
If the insomnia gets too bad see a Dr. Lack of sleep is super unhealthy.

You are probably taking more than a microdose if you can't handle arguing with someone. What dose are you taking?
