It's probably been posted before, but the hands-down, guaranteed, best chocolate recipe....
10 GRAMS CHOCOLATE TO 1 GRAM POWDERED MUSH
I have always used High Cacao (60-75%) dark chocolate sweetened up a bit with some semi sweet bits. If I think they may need to sit a while, I'll leave out the sweet chocolate.
While you may want to get big giant ice molds or cupcake molds, I suggest restraint. At 10:1, with a good quality cube, if you find molds that pop out at 10-12g, that is ideal. Small, bite sized, and they pack a lot more punch than you'd think.
Besides, who honestly likes chomping into a 2" thick hunk of chocolate with shreds of stipe sticking out...grrr... Fucking hated that crap. Make the effort and treat your mush, and those that are lucky enough to eat it, with the respect they deserve...leave the ghetto shit for the teks that get you the mush.
I've recently started spritzing my powder with a weak acidic solution. Its sold as a vegetable oxidation preventer in the pickling section of the grocery store. Its ascorbic and citric acid mainly. Mix some up in a spray bottle and very slightly moisten the powder with it.
This seems to help the chocolate from seizing up. I highly recommend a fondue pot. Its the tits. If not, a double boiler, but you gotta be mindful of heating the chocolate too much. Shit will crystallize on you..sucks.
Use a spatula, squash any lumps, and make sure you get the mix really smooth and even, before you hit the molds. If it looks like lumpy peanut butter, it's not the end of the world, but your chocolates are going to vary in dosing beyond the 10:1 calculation.
Make sure you tap your molds on the counter, before setting them, to get all the bubbles out.
This is a great way to preserve mush, it helps people who hate the taste to enjoy a good hit, it homogenizes the psilo content, it's a great way to meter out a dose, and its fucking cool taboot!
Find some gummy bear molds and make yourself a good, micro dose choc. You might have to up the ratio a touch, like 12:1. Play around...figure it out. That's half the fun. The possibilities are endless!
Zodiacs w/white chocolate highlight approx 25-30g total

Tree Elf 9-11g total

Chocolates are fun, and useful! Have fun!
