I found what I think might be weilii in my backyard in Morgan county, but i wanted to poll the community. Here's the details. Thoughts? Thanks!
Habitat: Where does it grow? Eg. woods, pasture, state, province, country, altitude, etc. What does it grow on? Eg. soil, dung, wood (dead, living, what kind of wood?), etc. Found growing in mostly Bermuda grass backyard close to a wooded area of pines. In Morgan County, GA
Gills: Color, attached/not, gills/pores, etc. Gills mostly a tan/brownish color
Stem: Length, diameter, color, texture, hollow/solid, thin/thick, etc. About 3-4 inch length, about 1/4" diameter, white/tan, woody texture , thick walls but hollow inside
Cap: Diameter, color, texture, conical/spherical, convex/concave, etc. Caps average about 2 inches in diameter. Nipple on top.
Spore print color: Near black spore print.
Bruising: Seemed to be a bit of bluish bruising
Other information: Smells like a mushroom.

So, is there a good chance this patch will produce next year this time or sooner? Anything I can do to preserve or improve it? It's on my backyard, so I have total access/control. I'm always up for an experiment!

I have some successful indoor cultivation experience from long ago with the PFtek and cubensis, so I dont mind nerding out on the subject.

Probably. And it'll do just fine on its own. Ik some people have mentioned watering patches, can't see how that'd hurt. just dont overdo it ig.
Ik this is your first find, but could you confidently state that they weren't growing there before or do you think you simply didn't notice them until now? Just curious.

The house was built 5 years ago and this is a piece of land that was cleared at then. Up until the the past 2 years, I have done a lot of work with my tractor/frontloader which reeks havoc on the soil. I'm pretty close to my land in the sense that I walk the grassy areas every day. So, I think this is new growth. I've been watching and actively searching in the woods for anything that looks interesting for a few years. There's alot of fungi activity on my land, most of it is really slimy, crazy colored, or just big white caps. These caught my eye this year.

i hope that gives some history. not sure if this is a factor but I have a ton of deer in my backyard every day. I find new piles/trails of deer poop pebbles all the time.
