Just picked up some pork belly

Got a little 4lbs roast. I'm bored with my usual recipes. What do you folks like doing with your pork belly? Inspire me <3

Mix 8 oz tahini with 16 oz yoghurt and combine. Spread over pork and cook till done.(adjust amount of pork. I'm not a butcher)

I've got half that roast left. I'll cook it up sometime this week and try that out. Yogurt may burn with such a long cook time but I'm sure something can be done to make it work.

Mustard, sage and garlic is my favorite crusts for a slow pork roast.

Yogurt can tenderize meat nicely ..traditional tandori cooking is done with yogurt marinades.

I tried doing pork belly in the traditional japanese way kakuni

I just looked up kakuni recipes and I'm all over that. I've got everything on hand currently too.
