Just picked up the new Trump book by a relative.  Too Much and Never Enough.  Only 214 pages but when Trump was asked about it he deflected the question and looked uncomfortable.

So with the debates coming up, virtual I am sure, will be interesting to look at him in a different perspective.  Think Biden wins, wish I could gamble on this.

Just finished the final (4th) book of the Riftwar Saga - it was amazing! Now onto The Forests of Avalon by Marion Zimmer Bradley. Also started The Three Waves of Volunteers and the New Earth by Dolores Cannon today

This book was superb. For anyone out there, if you read any of this guy's books, you will be spellbound and moved. I would start with either Beach Music or The Prince of Tides. Do yourself a favor.

Up next I've got Going After Cacciato by Tim O'Brien.

I'm back into re-reads. I just finished The Vampire Lestat and now into The Queen of the Damned. I had forgotten how great of a writer Anne Rice was before her stroke.

Is that when she started writing books about Jesus?  Not my thing.  I used to read her and strange to hear her name again.  Brings back memories.

I think it's been about 25 years since I last read this, so it should be interesting.

currently, The Lies of Locke Lamora and The Once and Future Liberal.
Both seem pretty good so far, though obviously quite different. Lamora has a neat fantasy world though I haven't really been wowed by the prose. Once and Future Liberal is mostly reiterating stuff I'd heard before, although its interesting to get a slightly more detailed account of how american politics changed from the 60s to now, specifically how the republicans were transformed.
