Is this Enoki mycelium?

I'm trying to get some clean Enoki mycelium from colonized dowels, but I'm not sure how it's supposed to look like. Searching around I only could find fully colonized plates which showed very fuzzy and whispy but thick mycelium, and none in its early stages. Can anyone confirm whether what I'm seeing here is the right thing? First I thought it was mold because it grows super fast and is very thin. But now the second and third plate do exactly the same thing. So maybe it's like with other edibles, it starts out thin&whispy and then thickens up later?

Not sure whether you have Enoki growing or not, but it looks like the third picture may be showing bacteria. Some of the mold contams that I have dealt with start out super thin like that, not all of them though. Have had some fully colonize a plate over night.

I would take a transfer from the lead edge away from that bacteria and see what the next plate looks like.
What's your agar recipe?

Enoki is powdery peppery kind of mycelium. I can take picture tomorrow of a clean plate and post.
That could be enoki but its, as others stated, a bit bacterial.

Yeah that would be great, thanks! And yes, it's bacterial, I did not expect any less. But that's ok, I already had much worse.
@Forrester: Will take a transfer as suggested and wait what happens then These are wheat grain water plates this time, might be a bit on the low nutes side, also my oyster cultures grow a bit less thick than usual on them.

Ha! Found it on a phone. It gets a bit peppery/powdery as it gets older.
This is fresh transfer.
