Nice, I think I've used all of those at some point except SAM-E and creatine. Modafinil basically makes me manic and almost psychotic from lack of sleep. Even caffeine is too much for me in moderate doses (even if I use L-theanine), stimulants just don't mesh well with my chemistry I guess.

L-theanine at 400mg for me has been great for taking the edge off, only once in awhile though because I build a tolerance fast. Ashwagandha worked really well for me at first but basically stopped working... even with long tolerance breaks. For some reason I don't feel a thing from it anymore.




Haven't been taking anything except occasional vitamin D. Since I'll be working with covid patients in a few weeks I'm going to start a stack again:

Multivitamin
Magnesium Citrate
Zinc/Copper
Vitamin C
Vitamin D
MK-7/Vit K2

A bit surprising you don't take Vitamin D, Feevers. Isn't basically everyone deficient?

That's the only thing I make sure I take consistently. Used to also take fish oil too, just haven't bought any lately. Eating as healthy as I do I can't imagine being deficient in anything else.

I think you misread, I said that D is the only one I've been taking occasionally. I had my levels checked a week or or two ago and they were in the middle/upper normal range. I get lots of sun but usually I pop a 5000IU or two once a week if I went a couple days without getting any sun during the week. For the winter I'll be taking 5000IU a day since I won't be getting as much sun, or maybe just take 35k once a week after k2... not sure which method is more effective but smaller amounts daily seems better.

Due to the mango it isnt quite as nutrient dense as it would normally be but I think my body will be able to get by for one day without receiving 100% of its needed micronutrients within the first 2 hours of being awake

Chlorella or wheatgrass juice powder
Beet juice powder
Multivitamin Garden of life
Cod liver oil, butter oil (lookup Weston a price. This combo is essential to health and I love this doctor)
Taurine 500mg
Vitamin d3 4000iu
Calcium 500mg

A lot of coffee which is my bad habit

Unprocessed Whole Foods is my diet. Greek yogurt, ghee, eggs, chicken breast, thigh, some beef, fruits like kiwis, bananas, berries, brown rice and whole grain bread

krill oil is the least rancid. its natural formulation protects from aging. most fish oil is fragile and goes bad before it even gets to your doorstep. most brands will do. a little goes a long way. even 300mg-500mg ones. it is much more easily absorbed by your body too

also weston a price believed that cod liver/butter oil was the ideal food to supplement because he felt cholesterol and animal fat was essential for proper brain, bone and teeth development. I was vegan at that point but came to new conclusions after reading his book later in life. If you  have time and feel that his hypothesis is reasonable then go ahead and try the cod liver/butter oil blend by green pastures. cod liver oil is more likely to go rancid than krill but less than fish oil. it has vitamin d3/vitamin a plus omega 3. I take taurine with this cod liver/butter oil blend to help absorb the vitamin a/d and expel it. keep in mind this cod liver thing is all overkill. most people think weston a price was a nutjob. I think he was a genius. Go with krill if you don't wanna read science and come to conclusions haha

I just saw this post. noopept at very small doses kills mdma hangovers. I would never take E if I didn't have it on hand. MDMA kills me emotionally. thats all. Milk thistle for alcohol

Truthfully I found nootropics to be weak overall outside of that one function. there are MUCH better methods of improving cognition

I got this resistance band bow thing and in combination with my pullup bar I can do almost anything I need to.

tri extension, lat pull, underhand row, "rope" crunch, tricep pushdown, ??? - lat and all surrounding muscles on each side separately. if you attempt this use low weight and focus on dialing in perfect form with this one to avoid injuring lower back- and lastly glute bridge (i think thats what they are called anyway. again to avoid injuring your back MAKE SURE you are not using your lower back muscles to do this exercise. you should be squeezing your glutes together, which will raise your hips up. )


not pictured: squat, deadlift, bicep curl, shoulder press, a few more i cant really name but may post up at some point

for 70 bucks it was a good investment

^Those aren't bad if you can manage them. I've always preferred a set of adjustable dumbbells and resistance bands; once you know how your body reacts to certain movements, you can get away with a full body workout using a single cinderblock.

I'm not joking, I'm making a video in the spring on "caveman" workouts :sunny: :strong:

You referred to this guy a couple years ago as "super legit". I've been watching his videos. He is not a fan of dairy, which presumable includes whey, but I can't find anything in his videos specific to whey, just dairy products, including casein.

Anyway, he seems to think milk in smoothies reduces their nutritional absorption.



Might be better to have the whey a little later? I just ordered some hemp protein. Not sure if the nutrients would be affected by that.
