Im convinced that eating a shit load of vegetable material is bad for me. It makes me shit and fart erratically. If i eat whatever im drawn to without even thinking much about it, then everything normalizes

Generally i fill up a 1 liter with the smoothie and put it in the fridge. This leaves about a liter. I drink that in cups in about 20min then sip on the other liter over the course of 2 to 6 hours just depending on what all is going on

My body has given me an ultimatum: Either you eat a bowl of oatmeal in the morning, or you absolutely will not shit, like your dad.

I pack my bowl with a quarter pound of oatmeal, then pour in 1/3 liter of mixed vegetable juices, stir it and let it soak up while my morning coffee is made and consumed, then down the hatch it goes, with a little swig, I think 1-2 teaspoons, of flaxseed oil as a dessert.

This causes me to not think of eating for about 5 hours.



But you totally got it together with that smoothie man, that's super awesome.

In addition to the smoothie, i make eggs once or twice a week and oatmeal 1-3x a week. Most of my calories are consumed by noon


Today. 4 eggs, 3 bacon

Basically all you can get from vegetable material you can get best from veggies. Fruit generally are sugar bombs.

Nothing is superior to veggies buuuut say you are craving something sweet. An apple is much better than a bag of candy. It does have just as much sugar yes but it is also has fiber, lots of vitamins, quercetin and other longevity inducing phytochemicals- unlike candy. A diet needs to be sustainable. Most people crave sweets sometimes so fruit is a great option

There are also certain constiuents of fruits like resveratrol and biflavonoids that you cant get from veggies. You can skip the mango and pineapple, but I suspect that having some red grapes, blueberries, and orange/lemon/grapefruit at the very least is a good idea for anyone, even if you think you could avoid sweets entirely

I forgot to mention it in my supplements list but I put a little scoop of resveratrol in my veggie juice oatmeal, so that it gels up along with it and is released sustained release like the rest of the nutrients, because of the oatmeal soluble fiber that lubricates my pipes so well.:smile2:

Beets are high in nitrate. It gives you a boost, but dont eat them daily.

They are, just sayin' for completeness.

At this point it pays to own a jar of edible lime. Just a tiny pinch added to high oxalate foods like rhubarb and beets and it turns into completely insol calcium oxalate, which you crap out unabsorbed.
