No luck after switching to tubs

I have had three successful grows with BRF cakes. No contams, and had some really decent yields. I switched over to tubs recently and have had about 8 tubs go bad.
1. I am using Bods oat tek for jars. After going through these many times, I think I finally got the oat tek down. I was over cooking them in the beginning and I think that was causing some issues.
2. I am using bods tek for coir only tubs, as well as his unmodified tub tek.
3. I started my first oat jars with a split of some liquid spores I had left from the cakes, and some clones to agar. Unfortunately, I did not track these as good as I should have so I don't know if the current spawn I have is from the clones, or from the spores. I've done g2g seveal times from these jars. I did only sector out good looking myc from the first plates, straight to oats. I realize going forward I should sector out several times on agar to make sure I have good healthy myc.
I did move to a new place recently, and I started the tubs here in the new room. I realize the room is not near as clean as the closet I used in the old place but I have tried to maintain good clean practices when doing work.
My first three tubs seemed to go well, but I had to go on a work trip fr a few days. When I left there were very small pins all over the three tubs. When I got back 4 days later the AC had broken down, so it was 90+ in the house for who knows how long. All three tubs had fruits go fully grown, and had dropped spores everywhere, so I chunked all three. No real signs of contam though, but I didnt really look all that close.
I have gone through about 6-7 more tubs since then and they seem to contam just about the time the pins start to show. I've read as much as I can to try and see what the issues area, and it almost always seem to be the spawn. I have decided to clean the room really well, and just start completely over with new agar plates and document every thing I do alot better, as well as start with shoeboxes possibly to see if that helps. I am thinking the spawn is the problem. I wanted to post a few photos just to get some feedback.
My current jars of spawn, dated 9/5 so 15 day old:

My current tub. That spot just showed up over night. This is as far as I've gotten with recent tubs before something pops us:

I would remove the moldy fruits then pour salt over that spot and be sure to exceed it’s actual foot print by a few inches. Be generous. Then fold some paper towels and place them over the salt. The paper towels will catch the water flood that comes and keep it from fucking the other fruits. This should buy you enough time to finish the flush and pitch it.

Thank you so much for the response!
If I understand correctly, remove any moldy fruits, but don't cut out that area in the corner? Just cover with salt and put a paper towel over that area afterwards?
