bacterial jars because of LC or PC time
    #26947617 - 09/21/20 11:12 AM (3 years, 4 months ago)

I have had 4 jars oat 1L jars sterilized for 90minutes.
They all went bacterial, is it the cause of my LC that was taken from a clean agar plate and somehow got bacterial. Or should I increase my PC time?

90 minutes is fine for grain jars if you do everything right. There is no way for someone to tell you what went wrong from what we know by what you posted. Could have happened here, there or elsewhere.

If you want to test the veracity of your LC, streak some across agar and see what you get.

I Will test my LC again and prep test jars and see what happens
