Considering that the President of the United States is the sole individual in charge of US Cyber Command, yes. You are right.

I see. And the Commander of US Cyber Command doesn't have the power to stop hackers. Got it, thanks.

After 87 years on the planet, Ruth Bader Ginsburg was thinking about Trump on her deathbed?

If your an actual patriot that cares about your country and protecting It from fascist fucks why wouldn’t you be thinking about what you see as an incompetent , reckless , self centered , clown president on your deathbed ? Trump is what our founding fathers worried about on their deathbeds .

The fact that so much of the progress we've made legally on women's rights rested on the shoulders of one woman is a sign of a broken system. We literally have a "council of elders" situation with the supreme court, and it seriously needs to be nerfed.

I'm talking about Ginsburg's position on pro-choice abortion rights (which I consider to be an important instance of women's rights), and how significant rulings on legislation surrounding that particular issue have, historically, been determined based on the decision of the Supreme Court. When I was saying it was a broken system, I was commenting on the fact that such power is given to individuals who we, the voting population, have no say in appointing, other than by electing a president who is most likely to fill a Supreme Court seat with a judge who best matches our values.
I don't know how many women would have the right to an abortion today in the US if it weren't for justice Ginsburg. Or, am I wrong about that?

The federal right to an abortion predates Ginsburg's tenure by twenty years. Still, if Roe v. Wade were overturned tomorrow, that wouldn't ban abortion. It would just give some states the ability to do so.

Which would practically ban abortion for anyone that lives in a state that criminalizes abortion and can't afford a vacation to California.
Not to mention some states possibly criminalizing leaving the state to get an abortion, which IIRC Georgia attempted.

They can't make it illegal to leave the state. That would be unconstitutional. Many more states than California would have legal abortion.

I believe Georgia's HB481 explicitly states that a fetus is a human being with full human rights, and therefore taking any action, including leaving the state, for the purposes of abortion could be considered some degree of murder/conspiracy to commit murder.
They didn't criminalize leaving the state, they simply said that anyone who plans to leave the state for the purposes of an abortion is "conspiring" to "commit murder".
Under Roe, this law is blatantly unconstitutional and unenforceable. Without Roe...

Ginsburg is one voice out of 9. If she had won a vote 5-4 she only represented 20% of the victory. If it's a win by more than 5, she represented less and less depending on how many voted like her.

I'm aware Roe v. Wade was before Ginsburg's tenure, but she has made rulings in other cases that were also relevant to a woman's right to abortion, like Stenberg v. Carhart and Gonzales v. Carhart.
I think that giving some states the ability to ban abortions is a regression.

She didn't singlehandedly make any of those rulings, though.
Also, whether it's a "regression" in your opinion or not, Roe v. Wade is bad law and was based on other bad law. I'm as pro-choice as they come, and I believe abortion should be allowed up until the moment of birth and perhaps even for a period of time after that. Still, if we want a Constitutional right to privacy, we should amend the Constitution.
As far as states banning abortion, it won't make a big difference. People will leave those states. Frankly, the only states that would ban abortion are the dirt poor ones anyway.
