Colonized grain to petri dish
    #26948226 - 09/21/20 05:40 PM (3 years, 4 months ago)

So I usually clone fruits to agar. This is the first time iv done colonized grain to agar. So far it's going well showing rizomorphic growth in the early stages.the myc is about a cm in diameter so far. What can I expect yield wise by using colonized grain vs cloning. With clones I usually get great yeilds but with this new method I'm not really sure what to expect. Any one have experience with colonized grains to agar

Sadly no it's not so I'm thinking it's kinda a gamble I hope it ain't shity genetics. I'll do more transfers than usual if needed to try to get a single sector but I'm not sure if that would help. They are Mss Gt qt jars that grain came from
