One of Us said: Kind of a random question, but since we all are familiar with working sterily and most of us love plants as well,... has anyone here ever fucked around with growing orchids from seeds? I just watched documentary on orchids, and their cultivation from seed was much, much more complicated than I ever would've guessed. Most are germinated on agar, and grown in sterile bottles for a year or two. I think its super cool.
Anyway, here's Malaysian just before harvest

I’ve never fucked with Orchids, but those Malaysian are gorgeous!!
Here are some dongs.

White dongs matter, too.

I’ve been tossing my spent substrates under my shade tree in the yard. Found some guys almost ready to pull up today. I had to tell the guy who cuts my grass to look out with the weed eater

Also I have some Burma boxes and a few of the caps have some strange looking spots on top. I’m sure some of you have seen this before?

It was tough but managed to click that little yellow button and make it happen.. ate 2.5 gs this morning and coming out of it now. I think that’s the perfect dose for me though.. some people prefer to completely lose touch with reality but I like to hang on a little bit. Maybe it’s trying to tell me I should let go.. idk... I’ll find out next time

Appreciate the feedback! I figured Fuzzy Feet weren't a big deal. What do you mean grab a clone and turn into a super canopy?
Thanks for the input as always Pasty!

I just assumed that was an MS grow. If you clone one of those beauties, it could fill that tub out even better.

I know there’s a least one person here who does orchids. I’d have to check my old pms but he mentioned growing them.

Looks a bit like something that happened to me when I had to leave town for a few days just as a pinset was coming in. I erred on the side of too little FAE so that they wouldn't dry out, and they ended up with skinny stems and these weird growths on the tops of some of the caps. These are TOC, for reference. This box flushed again a couple of times, with proper conditions, and the caps were perfectly normal after that.

P.S. congrats on the lawn shrooms, Seamuss! As an apartment dweller, I'm absolutely jealous.

Thanks! It’s always very humid here so they’re doing pretty well unless they get beat up by the rain. I can’t wait until this stack of coir has several different variety’s to choose from

That's why I cut mine with scissors. Leaves a lot of stumps but spares me cleaning the fruitbodies and repatching the casing.
