First, what is QRL?
QRL is a mixture of Quinoa, Rice and Lentils that is optimized for nutrition and flavor. You make it thus:
3 parts by weight Basmati Rice 2 parts by weight Red Lentils 1 part by weight saponin-free Quinoa
As you see its a mixture of a grain, a legume and a seed.
The nutrient values per 100 grams are:
QRL: 1.8gr oil, 64gr carb, 14gr prot - 328 kcal
If you tamp it good, it has a high density of 0.8kg/liter
For use in the rice cooker you just treat it like rice: 1 part QRL to 2 parts water, adhering to the usual cooking and steaming time.
You combine a grain and a legume which together make a complete protein. You add a seed which is a superfood but in modest quantity, especially the lentils push the protein up, the lentils and quinoa add fiber to the rice and theres 3 kinds of vegetable oil and protein involved. QRL is healthier and better received by the organism than either of the 3 constituents on its own.
How I make Hot QRL with Cod:
300gr QRL 200-400gr vegetables of choice 100gr cod fillet 600ml water
Toss em all in the rice cooker, go the usual program for white rice (varies per cooker)
When done, insert a 1 ounce piece of butter from grass-fed cows, add kikkoman shoyu to salt it, huy fong striracha to spice it, add some extra garlic, stir it all in and presto, you have 2-5 portions of the dish.
Notice the extreme simplicity in preparation. Hot QRL with Cod is basically Human Feed 
It has good taste, your stomach grips it cause it has the right nutrients in the right proportions and because of this, the bowel lets go of it without issue, also.
Vegetarians can get away with swapping out the cod with tofu and the butter with their vegetable oil or fat of choice, such as extra virgin coconut oil.
