Bad Trip and DPDR

Had a really, really bad trip on a high dose of shrooms about 40 hours ago. I felt fine the day after but woke up about 3 hours ago with what I think might be DPDR coupled with severe anxiety. I understand this may not be uncommon. But gosh, how long does this last? It feels like it comes in waves.
I met with my therapist after the trip for an "integration" and thought I was on my path, but this feels really, really shitty.

Neither linger on it nor avert from it - but do carry on living wholesomely and healthily and it will in all likelihood be fine in no time. In fact, things are fine just as they are right now. If they don’t feel so - give it some time, be gentle & kind & understanding to yourself, after all, you just had a pretty hefty experience - it’s natural to feel whatever your feeling or you wouldn’t be feeling it. But like all things, it’ll change & transform into something else - so let it be. The psychedelic experience in all its forms are similar to the dreams we have while asleep at night - if you have a nightmare, it can really shake you up for a little while, and if you let it, it can ruin your day or week, but seeing it for what it is - just a dream - we should feel peace in knowing the difference, in knowing it’s impermanent, unsatisfactory, and just an expression of your own nature & mind while under the influence of whatever substance (endogenous or exogenous) .
The trips over and done, all that’s left is the memory. So chill & be at ease, sleep, eat, go for a run, play with your mates, work, meditation, read, study, etc etc. That will let you take your mind off it without making it a big deal. If you feel psychotic or ill in mind or body after several weeks - then go see a doctor or a shrink or a psychologist or a therapist/counselor or a priest or monk or your parents or your friends and ask for help.
That’s what I would do. The memory the the trip experience will fade to unreality in its own time, just like any other memory of an experience does. The more that happens the less it’ll impact you - this happens of its own accord if we do not get in our own way. No need to reify it, unless that’s what you specifically want to do for some reason. Also, don’t self diagnose yourself - you aren’t a doctor.
Now go live long & prosper. Peace ✌️

You might be the Alan Watts of the shroomery. I hope to meet you one day
Sage advice here.
Just to add OP, we often face the same sort of mental changes in our regular lives. There are many non-psychedelic induced experiences throughout our lives that trigger the same sort of unease. We often "live with it" or push through because we recognize that these sorts of feelings are an integral part of the human experience.
Mushroom experiences seem to take what might feel like years of such experiences and condense it into a single trip. Thus, we are left with what may seem like a decade of trauma or difficulty to work through, almost overnight. On the flip side, we may also experience decades of relief from trauma in a single trip. What we need to do is understand the sheer power of these substances and take it in stride. We may have some difficult times with integration but that will pass with time, so long as we stay the course.

"Depersonalization/derealization". Sorry. I should have spelled it out.
Also: thanks to the other posters as well. My severe anxiety is abating but I'm feeling bodily effects that I suspect are actually related to my serotonin system re-equilibrating.
I took a very large dose since previous lower doses had not really had significant effect. It is likely that I simply overshot. AND also, as Socrates and the Blind Ass both note: there's a lot of stuff to process just from the experience itself.
