I had one mature to where it's veil tore, but it was only under 3" long and cap was smaller than a dime. Could this be bruising due to dehydration?

Doesnt look like you are maintaining a high enough RH in your FC. Some questions: Did you soak the cakes before you fruited? What kind of setup are you running? Are you misting? How? With what? How often?

No, I did not soak the cakes. Perlite in the bottom, micropore tape over holes. I did have an undertank reptile heat mat. Now that it's gotten chilly, there's a space heater in the room. I spray bottle fine mist 4 times daily with distilled water. Is that bruising due to dehydration on the base of the pins? Thanks for your help.

That dark spot that looks like mold can also just be a spot where a small pin was broken off and there is dark blueing in that spot.

Do you have sealed, colonizing jars inside a sort of monotub/humidity chamber? They really don't need to be in there...
It looks like you've taken bits of three different approaches to make something that's less optimal than established teks. :\
Def looks like bruising rather than anything else but I'm curious as to why not use your grain jars to bulk? That would be miles better...
Ditch the perlite, get some coir. Prep coir with the bucket tek. Prep monotub with polyfill or micropore tape. Crumble prepped grain into the prepped coir (varying ratios work, 1-1, 1-2, etc). Put in prepped monotub. Put on lid. Mist when needed, if at all. ... Profit.

Definitely some bruising. Do you have vermiculite mixed in with your WBS? Those are strange cakes and you’re taking more of a risk going spore syringe to WBS cake instead of a regular BRF cake.

You followed exactly zero teks correctly.
You went syringe to grain jar.
You put whole ass jars in SGFC
You then tried to fruit directly off the grain, and wonder why it’s growing like shit.
Syringe needed to go to BRF cakes, or agar. But BrF obviously.
Those needed to colonize. Then they needed to go into your fruiting chamber, out of the jars, and rolled in vermiculite.
Not grain cakes, not in the jars stuffed in your fruiting chamber. There’s not much anyone can do to help you here, you simply will get what you get. Take the grains out of the jar, and let them fruit. You won’t get much, except a lesson learned. Enjoy the shrooms you do get, and try again next time.

I got the grain spawing jars online. Is there anyone willing to help me out, through email? I thought I was following instructions using the syringe to inoculate the jars.

Read my post above as that's your best bet at this point.
Essentially: Dump the perlite and turn your current tub into a monotub.
Anything you don't understand in the post just have a quick search for (sorting for newest posts first) and it will all become clear.

You are spraying the cakes too much they look soaked, try opening the lid a bit more and mist lightly once a day if it looks dry. And you can definitely fruit colonized grain as cakes.

Since you were able to successfully inoculate your grain jars I wont give you a link for that and I would highly recommend starting with agar. It is not hard at all. Your next go around just go from colonized jar to bulk spawn like this:
1. Fully colonize spawn jars 2. Prep your bulk substrate (coir or coir/verm) like HERE or HERE 3. Mix colonized spawn to bulk substrate in shoebox using a tek like HERE. 4. Cover shoebox and leave it.
