This is awesome Ted! My TOC puts out small white fruits sometimes. Cloned one and then put it away. Now I wanna bust it out!

Wow you guys! I did a doubletake scrolling thru the grow along thread. About 6 years ago (?),a friend on a forum I was at had a TXO ms grow(he was told PE6,but it was def TXO) he was doing, throw up a couple yellow fruits. I got him to print the few that popped. The very first grow from that was 50/50 orange/yellow. Cloned a couple pale yellow ones, did a few transfers, and lucked out with fruits just like the ones yall have been getting! White with that bright yellow spot on the tip of the larger ones, real leggy, and real fast. Pretty fucking awesome! Weird that I'm just getting up and rolling again after so long, sign up here to get back in a community and I'm stumbling across that same weird ass pheno. I thought at the time it was just a fluke. Just a novelty to give away as prints. I was actually going to go back to ms and see if something else popped up. I def took lots of prints from that first gen ms grow, the clone grow and I believe another grow from a different line of transfers that came out pretty similar. Other Iso's I took came out sterile or spindly, etc. The prints are all like 4 years old or so. I just recently retrieved my gear and spore collection. I know they're old, but I'm happy to contribute. **edit: to be honest, I have a rack of different prints from various grows. They're all at least 4 1/2 years old, some older. Plus I've got random things i was given in trade, but never got around to fucking with. If someone is up for working with older spores, I'm your huckleberry!

Ill try to print when i have time. No promises yet. But word on the street is there might be a giveaway later in the year.
It almost seems commonplace for lucys these days. I grew toc for 20 years and never saw one lucy fruit. 20 plus gens at least. I almost wanna blame coir for the consistent commonality of lucy fruits these days. Ive seen a treasure coast, golden teacher and a number of others.

Yeah there are tons of Lucy’s now. I’m currently growing albino Treasure Coast, albino PE, leucitic Burma, albino Cambodian, lpeu and have already grown white golden teachers and soon to try out this TWC clone. I wonder why coir would play a role? Could be that there are some missing trace nutrients, but I’m no scientist to even begin to guess. Makes me wish I knew more about mushroom nutrition.
The book, Radical Mycology, has a decent laymen’s write up about mushroom nutrition. The main ones being:
Carbon for energy and building cellular structures Nitrogen forms the backbone of numerous enzymes that’s accelerate of catalyze chemical reactions Oxygen for numerous cellular processes including the production of ergosterol Phosphorus which is used in the production of ATP, nucleic acids and cell membranes Sulfur to make the amino acid cysteine and methionine Potassium which influences the osmotic potential of hyphae Magnesium is critical for certain enzymatic processes as well as energy storage of ATP Calcium for cellular regulation and the transport of various ions, sugars, and amino acids across cell walls and they mycelium Vitamins and trace minerals are necessary such as thiamine

This is what they do with a thick top layer.

This is the f2 from spore swab. Ill probably swab this and go right to f3. There are two tubs. I beleive i put a regular top layer on these. I was playing around on the last few tubs.
