Pressure Cooker / Canner questions

I’m just starting out reading everything I can about making grain jars and found I don’t have enough clearance on my stove for a 23 quart PC (I want my purchase to grow with my experience, thus the size). I've got 13" from stove to microwave to work with.
I do have an InstaPot (until I can save up for an electric AA) although I've read mixed posts about using it. Any new thoughts on starting out with this for grain jars?
I could run multiple batches with Presto's digital canner - 120 Volts, 1485 Watts holds 5 1-quart jars for pressure canning or 10 half-pints, and 8 pints for boiling water canning. Although it doesn't list what PSI it goes to... Do you think it would work?
Does anyone know how much a Presto 23 qt PC weighs loaded with 10 1-quart rye grain jars (I've read it holds 10)? Then I could look for a stand-alone electric burner that would safely accommodate that width and weight (unless someone already knows of one?).
Can someone confirm a Presto 23 quart bottom's diameter?
There is a 23-quart Presto Induction compatible pressure canner too. I might be able to find an induction stand-alone that would accommodate its weight and size.
Any pros/cons on which type of electric burner? Induction, Broil King Cast Iron, restaurant countertop electric range... or does anyone already use one with a 23 quart PC?
A butane and stand-alone burner outside is not an option, I live in the city.
An electric AA is out of my price range for now (they're expensive!).
I KNOW there's something out there that will safely work!

Weclome to the shroomery Since I just prepared some jars, I checked these items separately, as I don't have a scale for more than 5kg at the moment: Presto: 4.725kg / 10.42lb 1qt jar+grains: 0.9kg / 2lb (x10) 3qt water: ~3kg / 6.6lb So you're looking at roguhly 16.7kg / 37lb for a fully loaded 23qt presto. If you go for the induction version, it might be a bit heavier because there should be some inset made of steel in the bottom.
The full bottom diameter is 32cm / 12.6", and the protruded area that actually touches the stove is about 21cm / 8.3".
You see many folks here using a stand-alone electric plate or gas burner, and I guess the induction one might be the most convenient option. It just hasn't been around for that long so you don't see that many comments on it.
