Whats your Microdosing Schedule?

Im curious about all of you's Microdosing schedule. What doses and timing do you prefer?

Ive never done Microdosing but Im curious of the beneficial effects.

4:05 wake up
4:10-4:25 feed dog, make a cup of buttered coffee, take dog out.
5:10 smoke cannabis extract
5:20 leave for work
5:55 arrive at work
6:00 microdose .12 with filtered water and some raw, unsalted, unroasted sunflower seeds.
6:10 smoke cannabis extract
6:17-6:20 clock in
7:30 a piece of 2mg nicotine gum
10:30 lunch
10:45 eat lunch, hamburger with smoked cheddar, no bun, with steamed broccoli, sprinkled with black pepper.
10:50 microdose .12 with filtered water
11:00-11:10 smoke cannabis extract
12:15 a piece of 2mg nicotine gum
2:50 clock out
3:40 arrived home.
5 days a week.

Weekends have no set schedule and I dose when I feel like it. Sometimes forgetting until late afternoon.

I take a glass of water with the dose for breakfast, take notes throughout the day and repeat three or four days later.  Currently I'm taking a break to test macro doses, but will resume after feeling ready again.

The neat thing about psychedelics is that their use is mostly self-regulating.  No sudden cravings the other day and if I took too much, I'll know soon after.

every other day, 1/8 single tab. (lsd or 1p or equivalent) cut paper or dropper.
some days a full 1/4 tab.
rarely 1/2 tab.

sometimes skip extra days if busy.

I only smoke cannabis (fluffy gum hash or granular bubble hash)late afternoon or evening or not at all.

Approximately .25g powdered P. Cubensis every 3rd day.  Only on the second dose as of today.  So far, the effects have been mild, but noticeable.  The best way I can describe it is how I feel when I'm camping.  Everything feels a bit more "fresh" and I'm a bit more relaxed.

Been experimenting with about .1g, roughly once per week, or every 4th day (ex: take Sunday, then take Thursday). To be honest, not a whole lot is felt, perhaps a slight change in thought processes, slight perceptual change when looking at sunlight on trees etc. It's remarkable how its felt in the days after the dose, the afterglow remains for quite awhile, sometimes a full week, and overall feel more content and able in life.

Last December, I got about a 2 gram dried mushroom (cube) and chopped it, then powdered it in a coffee grinder.  I ingested between .1 and .15 g of powder early morning, at first by stirring it into my coffee, later by filling empty capsules, adding powdered lions mane as well.

I followed the schedule mentioned by Paul Stamets (in a talk or book, maybe both) taking a dose on day 1, skipping days 2 and 3, dosing day 4, skipping 5 and 6, and so on.  One day on, 2 off gave my body time to re-normalize perhaps.  I found that when I edged up to .15 I saw a little bit of visuals, and felt that was a good way to determine my limit, and from then on I kept to about .1 if I had to work, and higher on days off.  I followed this routine until I ran out, which lasted all of January and into early February.  At that point I decided to observe things in retrospect and discontinue for a while.

I felt good about my experience.  Most days of dosing just felt really good and productive.  A couple of times I felt sad about one thing or another and that was rather intensified, but I also felt like I was processing a lot of stuff during that period.

I felt so positive about my experience that it led me to cultivation as a hobby and that is why I am here on this forum.  I have tried a few higher doses in the past 3 months, the highest dose 2.5 g dry weight, and it was interesting.  I am middle aged (63) and don't want to trip myself into a heart attack, but I am also a life-long cannabis smoker and quite self-aware and healthy. 

So I have re-started micro dosing last week with a .13 g powder of my own TK SS Ps Cubensis, in a capsule with the Lion's Mane powder, and I am enjoying it again.  It's gratifying to know that I can grow mushrooms, and supply my own needs.

About 100 to 200 mg in a gummy of extracted cubes 1 to 3 days a week.  Sometimes I go weeks without dosing.  I only do it when I feel my chemistry is off. So far this has worked better for me then a real schedule . No clue why but if it works it works. Anxiety and depression as a whole are way down the past year or so because of this I believe.

I'm at about 0.17, first time I used a capsule machine, not that complicated but I added a little more to my initial 15g dry. I follow Fadiman's schedule, 1st day dose, 4th day another dose. I feel generally more relaxed, open minded. I'm the shy type and got some school trauma to keep it short ... I feel very uncomfortable in groups but microdosing helps a lot in that regard.

Another thing I noticed, dosing before training makes me feel more energetic and prevents me from overthinking the hockey game. I also tend to have dry eyes as I get older (I'm 39) and it seems when I dose that I can see just a little better, like my pupils are dilated though they don't look different at all.

I also feel more creative and, again, not overthinking when I'm playing music, the process seems to be more instictive.

I'm a younger gentleman and I've tried both normal doses and microdoses. I also play music and have noticed that same instinctive feeling while playing. Feel like I'm not as sloppy, more concentrated, and a lot more INTO the actual music that I'm playing versus just jamming. However, usually, the microdose is what causes this. If I take a bigger dose I typically am sloppy and although in tune with the music, I'm not anywhere near as focused.
