Are these colonizing or contaminated?

Looks like mycelium in some, but a little different than others I did in the past.

How far are these from being fully colonized?

The word "mandala" is from the classical Indian language of Sanskrit. Loosely translated to mean "circle," a mandala is far more than a simple shape. It represents wholeness, and can be seen as a model for the organizational structure of life itself - a cosmic diagram that reminds us of our relation to the infinite, the world that extends both beyond and within our bodies and minds. Describing both material and non-material realities, the mandala appears in all aspects of life: the celestial circles we call earth, sun, and moon, as well as conceptual circles of friends, family, and community.

In psychology, it is a symbol in a dream, representing the dreamer's search for completeness and self-unity.

The one without the lid has some black spots that seem suspicious. I wouldn't open them up like that because that is when they can get contaminated. I don't see any other suspicious contamination. Your mix appears a little on the moist side which can increase your risk for contam. If your temps are optimal those seem about 1.5 weeks away from full colonization. I personally wait another week after full colonization or when pins tart showing, before fruiting.
