Making a steam sterilizer - bypassing the automatic shutoff??

(First post in 5 years!!!)
Heyyy guyyyssss!
I've been ramping up my equipment and wanna make a steam sterilizer out of a sauna steamer. Just purchased one on eBay. From what I understand, these units have automatic shutoffs after a certain number of minutes - my unit says 45, but some people have 20 minute units. Solarity talks about it here.
I for the life of me cannot see an obvious looking jumper to pull to bypass the shutoff. Is it possibly in the plug in control unit???

Thanks for your help

It might help to know the brand of steamer you have.

Do you have a schematic? Is this rated for the pressure you want to run?

I am sure it will run at atmospheric pressure. Or in other words no pressure.

Yup, atmospheric. And it's unlabeled. Same Chinese knockoff as everyone else probably.

Yea I looked it up and couldn't find anything. Sorry I won't be much help here. Out of curiosity why did you decide to go with the sauna steamer instead of just using a 4500 or 5500 watt element. I could have built the whole thing for what you paid for the sauna steamer and probably had money left over.

I dont have experience with this unit, but the STCMOET brand st-90 model I do. On that model you simply remove two pins that regulate the time so it runs continuously. I throw the control away. I cant tell from the pictures but before you go and buy the model I have, check and see if there is an area labeled .5 1H 2H and if there is, remove the pin.

Thanks for the effort! I did end up returning the steam generator, the quality was abysmal anyway.
You're right about cost, it would have been cheaper to DIY a barrel (the steam generator was only $160 though). I live in a city so space is at a premium. The extra $$ was worth it to avoid another large drum. Also, I could've used my existing electric and plumbing without having to change much to the apartment itself - unplug the dryer and run a T from the washing machine, very accessible.
I've now actually gone the *complete* opposite route using an old aluminum pot, some fittings, RTV silicone, and an electric stovetop. The steamer drum I'm using is only a 30 gallon. With enough insulation it might be enough. If not, I'm out less than $10 and will probably have to go the "traditional" route.
