Taking hot bags out of the pressure cooker.

Hi Everyone, I recently got some sort of fungus loving mite in my monotubs so I'm trying to colonize my coir in bags to contain the problem a bit longer before starting fruiting.
I have a small pressure cooker that only takes 3 quarts at a time so I used to take the jars out as soon as I'm done cooking so I can start cooking the new batch.
My question is , is it fine to take out hot bags in a clean environment and seal them? Tomorrow I'll open them up again to add my spawn after all the bags I want to pressure cook tonight are ready.
Also do you seal your bags before you cook? I read the bags can explode from pressure so I kept mine open, just folded it and taped it in place with micropore tape.

Just know that those hot bags are gonna have to suck in a LOT of air as they cool. So your seal better be perfect. If there's a single imperfection in it, the bag itself, or the filter patch on it, it's sucking in contaminated air. That's why it's best to let them cool inside the PC.
But you can, I just wouldn't.

I've seen Bod make up monotubs on a carpet so I was thinking why not try seal a bag of coir in a clean environment right after a cook, I will not try it with a bag of grain though But I completely get your point with the faults in seals and bags I can get contamination now matter how careful so in the future I'll just do one bag at a time since it's all my pressure cooker can handle. I already went ahead and prepped 2 bags tonight though so I'll finish it up.
