Light or no light right after a flush?

Finished first flush of first grow. It seems to have stopped, but no contams, so time to soak.
Plucked the stragglers. Soaked sub "loafs" for 90 minutes, drained each on a screen for 20 min. Returned subs to the tubs.
I know I shouldn't mist it now until I see pins, and the current wisdom seems to be keep the air holes open.
But do I keep it in the dark until it pins, or go back to regular light schedule now? I've been reading for an answer on here for hours.
There seem to be conflicting info on recent teks and comments, like in the past year or two.
Puppies, rainbows, and Satan, Thank you.

The current answer is, mycelium benefits from a 12/12 hrs dark/light cycle at every stage with no exception. Keeping stuff in the dark is certainly outdated info.
If you dunked the subs they should be ok until they pin without needing to mist, but if you see things getting a bit dry then sure mist away.

Thank you.
Do you start light with jars? With agar?
I heard someone here recently say they don't bring in light until first pins.
