I would highly recommend not dating while you are committing a felony. Alot of people, men specifically, get locked up because of a girlfriend. That is a big weight that person can hold over your head, even if they claim they never would. Women are emotional creatures, men too. If there is one thing I will say, if emotion starts running a situation bad shit often happens. I personally would keep everyone out of the house, take them to a hotel lol.

My total yield was 2.4g dried, I was aiming for 4g. However, it was 2.4g many very, very small mushrooms; I wonder if this means it's more potent than typical.
My question is: are there any telltale signs that a cake will flush a second time, or is there no guarantee? My first cake which flushed was super blue when it flushed, after a rehydration, it is turning white again; is this a good sign?
My second cake was clearly waterlogged so I let it dry for 24 hours and now it's dunking again.
Praying I get a second flush on at least one of them.

Yeah it’s been my experience that very few women will stay cool indefinitely. I’ve met maybe two or three and I still feel like it’s just a matter of time. I saw a few girls I never thought would roll pull huge bitch moves over little stuff, it’s just a matter of what’s gonna push the right buttons.
As long as cakes are healthy they’ll keep flushing. Also don’t worry about contamination in your room so much, it’s always been and always will be loaded with bad shit. The whole trick with cult is to get clean cultures/spawn despite living in a mold cloud.

Thats rather misogynistic and it sounds like you almost realized that while writing it. Almost.
I didn't date for 10 years to grow. That shit is over. I just pick mature adults and treat them with respect and everything has gone well so far.

I've dated one girl who knew about the hobby. She wasn't a snitch though so I wasn't ever worried about her telling the cops or anyone else.

My growing was relegated to a closet in a spare room while I was dating. I met someone who mentioned trying mushrooms, which eventually led to us tripping together. She started asking about cult before I ever told her I was growing. Now I’m teaching her. I’m also marrying her.

So I have a 24x24 laminar flow hood filter And need to build the housing and am looking at fans and I know I need more than 600 cfm I think it is but not sure about the size of the fan. I found this on amazon iPower GLFANXINLINE12V2 12 Inch 1080 CFM Inline Duct HVAC Vent Blower Fan for Grow Tent, silver https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07VKD4VVK/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_OaJyFbCXA0B5N
12in 1080 cfm Inline blower
Don’t know if 12in is a good size for the fan or nah.any feedback?

fan size is dictated by the surface area of your filter. 4ft²x 100FPM is 400CFM at whatever the static pressure of the sum of your filters.
There is a template for this in my signature.

I’m gonna give the math a go but I’m horrible with math unless it’s standard measurements or reading a tape measurer
I had read reviews from people that matched or even went slightly above the CFM rating for the filter and either had to add or wished they had added supplemented air. So it’s my understanding that you can go above the cfm rating just not below is this correct. And I’m sure there’s a maximum to the filters capabilities but just saying going a little higher probably wouldn’t hurt

Well 1k cfm is way too much. Labrotaory clean benches operate at 90fpm +/- 10 fpm. More is certainly not better, i wouldn't exceed 20%
The math is super simple, I already outlined what you need. 400CFM @ the static pressure of your HEPA plus prefilter. 1k cfm is not appropriate.
So if your HEPA is 1 inWG and your prefilter is .4 you need a blower that pushes 400CFM @ 1.4 inWG. Just fill in whatever your static pressure is. Your blower may even be 1k cfm at free air, but when you add 1.4" of static pressure it may come down to somewhere around 4, you will have to determine your atatic preasure and then find blower info to match.

Im tired of my cramped sab.
I might be looking into building a hood soon too
I gotta fix up my car and get a new phone first, but that might be my next big purchase.
Only problem is i live in a dusty town and my only space for it is in the garage. I imagine it should be fine if i work with the doors closed.
Whats the average depth of a flowhood? My work bench out there isnt that big so i might have to turn it sideways.
Anyone work in sideways flow?

Put a 4x4 grow tent in you garage, then make your lab area in there to cut down on the dust, run your hood in that to scrub the air before working.

After further research, I realized I should not have pulled all the pins from my cakes during harvesting.
I thought a new pinset would form for the second flush; I did not realize pins continue to grow into the second flush.
Will my cakes produce more pins, or did I just screw up my second flushes?

If you didn't anger the shroom gods too much you may see new pins popping up in a couple of days
imo it's a matter of choice to remove the leftover pins or not to. You never kno. w for sure with subsequent flushes but my guess is you're fine.
I've been enjoying your posts man. Stick around.
Good work. Don't overthink it

So I have my first transfers under my belt. I wanted to know where I should take my 2nd transfer from on these 2 plates. One of them seems pretty uniform. I’ve been getting really fat stems and hearty shrooms from ms to brf to bulk which prompted me to try agar. I really don’t like the big fat mush. Maybe it’s something I’m doing wrong on the cultivation side of things.
I didn’t want to do too many plates with each of these transfers. So I’m trying to select the best ones to use.

I also had no success doing ms syringe to MEA but today I noticed this on one of the plates. Is the myc or something else.
Thanks.
