Lions Mane Extraction with Pressure Cooker

Hi everyone, this is my first post. First of all, I learned lots of things from this community, thank you all! thanks to all the knowledge in this forum, now i grown my own lions mane mushrooms and came to extraction process.
Despite I found lots of things about growing mushrooms, could not find a exact information about extraction method.
First method i was trying was simple hot water extraction which is 100 gr mushroom and almost 4 liter water and cooked for 4 hr, total water extraction amount was 1.5 liter.
Now I want to try extraction with pressure cooker, because i think it will be more potent than classic decoct method, but I have few questions. My first question is how much should be the ratio. such as 100 gr dried mushrooms and 2 liter water or more water?
My second question is how long I should cook and how long should i let it for cooling because as you know presuure cookers are dangerous, and i'm an amateur .
My goal with this extraction is helping my mom with her alzheimer, and maybe you can ask why im not buying just from online and doing all this work. Reason is, country that i am living is there is no medicinal mushroom extractions.
Lastly double extraction is not an option for me.
Sorry for my broken English.

my mistake I missed where you said double extraction not an option.
I still don't think pressure cooking is going to help you. You will get plenty out at regular boiling temperature, just do repeat boils on the same mushroom if you want.
I like the crock-pot idea below as well

As double extraction isn't an option for you, I would do a boil in a crock pot first. 100 grs dried mushrooms in 4 liters should be alright. I use 25 grs of dried Reishi in 4 liters for my Arthritis which helps me a lot. Let it simmer for 18 to 24 hours. You can strain the mushrooms and boil them in water for an hour on your stove in 1.5 l of water. I have no experience in the pressure cooking method. I'd try 15 minutes at 15 PSI first and increase the time if not satisfied.

So there is no way to get any alcohol where you're at?
Often it can be found hiding... also easy to make. It's just unfortunately near impossible to get some of the good stuff out without a solvent, no matter how hot you get it

OP is over 3 months old, but I will still chime in.
It’s my understanding that the dual extract is used because the Polysaccharides are water soluble and the Hericenones are alcohol soluble. The polysaccharides give you the immune boosting properties and the Hericenones are for the nerve growth (neurogenisis) which is what you are after here. Without the alcohol extraction, I’m not certain you are going to get what you are looking for.

The Muslim world does practice modern science so alcohol is used in labs at least. That said if you need to make your own due to discretionary factors then get a mash started. Use your grain water from prep, with pure sugar and toss in a bag o yeast. 50gal mash would produce 5-10gal of ethanol. Sounds like a few years worth if used conservatively.
