New cultivator, thoughts and advice on experiments

Recently got into cultivating and ended up taking a deep dive. Keep in mind, I have never even tried a gourmet mushroom before, I've just become infatuated with this whole process thanks to Stamets and various Youtubers.
Currently have 6 half pint jars each of B+, AA+ and GT going, those will likely be put in 3 60 gallon monotubs. I know I don't have a lot of spawn, but goal for these was to get a few clones put to agar from this batch and enjoy the fruits of the experiment a little
Just ordered liquid cultures (10ml each) of the following:
Mycelium Emporyum's Monthly grab bag: Shiitake Grey Dove Oyster Pearl Oyster Milky Mushroom Chestnut Lion's Mane
Blue Oyster (excited about this one!) Black Pearl King Oyster (I think this is the most beautiful shroom I've ever seen)
And currently no set means of doing anything with these liquid cultures yet!
I have a pressure cooker and will be picking up quart jars later. Going to buy a bunch of grain and will make some grain jars. Open to recipe suggestions for the above types of shrooms, but otherwise I am going to decide later on this week. Will likely include gypsum in some of the jars I make, but will make sure not to put shiitake in those.
Also buying 4 premade spawn bags off the interwebs. Not sure which cultures I'll put in these, open to recommendations
Picking up locally grown honey later, so I plan on trying liquid culture w/ a magnetic stirrer.
Have everything for MEA agar as well. Have 30 petri dishes of a few different sizes and SAB ready to go for a first time try.
I do not have an extreme amount of space, I am in an apartment. I set up a 4 tier indoor tent equipped with lights, an exhaust fan, humidifier/controllers. Still building that monster.
Curious what you guys would do if you were in my situation?
I know nothing yet about the Chestnut and Milky mushroom, I'll look into those later on tonight. Don't think I plan on cultivating those regularly, but it would be nice to get a spore print for the myco library I want to build. Might just refrigerate those two cultures for a later date. But the oysters, Lion's mane and Shiitake I plan to focus on.
Any thoughts/advice on what you guys would do with these quantities/tools? I only have a standard size pressure cooker.

Wow they're selling Calocybe indica for cultivation? That's crazy. I wouldn't recommend putting that one in the fridge, I'm not sure if it will survive, it's a tropical species. It will require high temperatures for fruiting. Search for posts by a user named Sparkle for info about that one. She grows them (or did) in the Phillipines I believe, and you wouldn't believe the size of them

Yikes you weren't kidding those things are massive.
Yeh I might just skip that one at this time. They had 6 syringes for $40. Still think it was a pretty good deal especially to just experiment and try different mushrooms.

Ive never had chestnuts, but Milkys are meh. I love finding them in the wild on forages, but I cant get past that "latex".. cooked and everything. Its like Elmers glue. Also they just don't have good texture or flavor for my taste. Im an oyster and maitake guy. Kings have recently won my heart though, Im a vegetarian and they are such an excellent meat replacement. Just harvested my first ever a few weeks ago.

Im also in a very tight space, no room for marthas or GH's. I have a modified tote with a computer fan/ mister and light source for my fruting blocks. So far its been working great. I like it cause I have full control over any parameter if Im having issues.

Alot of ppl on here will tell you not to waste time with totes but some ppl dont understand what its truly like to live in an extremely tight space with no yard. My tote works great for me cause I only grow to consume for myself. Someday when Im making big bucks Ill start a GH. Its obviously the best way to go.

Damn you went all out on your tote. I love it. I had lights inside mine but didn't want to punch anymore holes in the tote and couldnt get the lights to stay on reliably, hence the grow tent.
Not having room does suck, I feel your pain... Have a few friends/coworkers who might be interested in pooling resources together to expand if I prove I can reliably produce with what I got.
Fingers crossed.
