PF Tek Cakes not fruiting/advice on misting technique

Hello,
This is my first time growing. I have four cakes that were inoculated with Golden Teacher around 8/5 and dunked on 8/30. Typing this out I realize I could have left them in the jars for longer but I was pretty sure it was a week after it looked like they had covered the entire outside.
Anyway, they've been in the SGFC for about 2 weeks now and no pins. There is bruising on top and tomentose/fuzzy growth on the bottoms of the cakes. I mist about 2 to 3 three times a day (and fan at the same times). When I mist, I mist from above and spray 20-30 times. I also like to mist the walls to increase moisture in the chamber. Should I not mist the cakes? It seems like they're bruising but I'm afraid if I stop misting they'll dry out. Advice?

I say increase fae by more fanning intervals. Also your sgfc is to low, so raise it up at least 4 to six inches and move it away from the wall if possible because all that is messing up your fae. Maybe after readjusting your sgfc position you won't even have to increase fanning intervals.
you also have holes in the lid and bottom correct?
If that also doesn't work then rehydrate perlite and fluff it so its not compact. Sometimes the holes get clogged with perlite and by pushing a pencil or something through to clear the hole.
I cant really tell the wetness of ur cakes in the photo but you want fine/tiny droplets on the cake rather than a wet looking cake. So maybe less spraying. Misting walls is fine but same thing applies that u want really fine/tiny water droplets so they evaporate easily. Your walls right now have to big of droplets so aim for even smaller that that.
You can usually see if your fae is working if you see the water disappear from around the fae holes.

Yeah I have holes in the top and bottom. I'll put the SGFC in a better position and try misting a bit less and from farther away.

Alright so they ended up growing a few mushrooms. I harvested them.

There's two more growing. I guess I'll wait until they grow and if I don't see anymore pins I might do another dunk idk.

I've started learning about Agar so hopefully sometime soon I can start a grow with grain and a monotub. I'm excited
