Put the jars in the fridge for 1 day, then keep them in indirect light. This should promote pinning.

Just be patient somtimes it can take longer if the conditions arnt just right. cakes need 100% humidity, Air exchange and light. Oh yeah I refrigorate for 2 hours.

if you're 100% colonized, that means the substrate's right. If it's only been 5 days, be patient. You WILL see shrooms. That's nearly guaranteed.
