Picking question

Here is picture of my current grow, it will be ready for picking tomorrow or day after. I have couple of questions:
1. Couple of mushrooms already dropped their veil. Should I pick em, although it can be tricky? Probably better to leave them and pick them tomorrow, to preserve supstrate for another flush (since some of it are part of cluster with small pins)..
2. There are some small pins on big primordia (big white balls, I guess its primordia), is it ok or I somewhere made error (temperature, moisture, fae)? Should I pick these or they are waiting for another flush? Problem is, some are connected to already grow mushrooms. If there is a cluster with one mature mushroom and one small one (pin), should I pick whole cluster or just cut big one?
3. Why are my mushrooms so interwind with each other? Seems a lot easier if they all grew upwards, as I saw it on timelapse videos on youtube. Probably because I used natural light from all directions, not a lamp.
4. Do my fruit look ok?
Thanks guys, you are awesome. Proud to be member of this forum.

It's totally normal to have fruits that are at multiple levels of maturity. They can be cherry picked when ready or all taken at a time. It's up to you and how much you care to maximize your final weight. Most choose to do all at once unless there is a large majority unready and only a few ready.
As far as whether or not to pick pins, you have to learn to tell if they've aborted or are still growing. Then you have to decide whether or not you care to take the time to pick around the pins. Given enough harvesting you'll probably start to care far less and just harvest in a quick way.
Aborts will also become easy to spot as they change color as they die. They'll turn very dark as they die and look rather different than a healthy growing pin.
As far as how your fruits look, like you won but haven't quite figured out how to set up proper conditions and get the most out of the tub. Ambient light coming absolutely causes fruits to grow in all directions (in my opinion). Some folks argue about this and I'll admit that different genetics behave differently but I've grown a bit and definitely seen this in practice. Almost always (but not always) my fruits grow toward the light.
i'm also guessing that you didn't have enough water in your sub but I'd have to know more about how you went about getting here. Too much water can also cause similar things (stunted fruits). Genetics also play a huge roll in how your fruits will come out, so there's that.
Any who, congrats on getting some fruit.

So mushrooms look a bit deformed, in what way (small caps, breaks on cap etc.)?
Well i have 2 bigger holes and lets say 10 smaller holes in surface level, little above. Its summer here (26C night/30-32 day). I would rarely mist, sometimes I would fan with a lid once a day. Someone says two much fresh air, but my hygrometer always show 99%, so I wanted to lower the moisture level by faning. Never been able to do it, always 99 (read in a book it should be 85-92 during cropping). Dont know what I am doing wrong, probably high temps are making caps smaller (if they are?) Or caps breaks because of it. It will fall soon, temps will be just fine.
Anyway, not bad for first-timer.
Btw can I store my mushrooms fresh in a paper bag in the fridge, just for a day or two until all are picked? Should I place that bag in some kind of plastic container or just paper bag directly to fridge?

Sorry but i don't have time to fully respond right now. Paper bag in the fridge is fine for a few days. They'll dehydrate themselves a bit while they chill so don't lock them up. Let them breathe.

Yes you can store mushrooms in a paper bag in the fridge. I wouldn't put it in a plastic container. And aborts will look bruised all over.

Are the caps really that reddish color or is it just the picture?
There’s no such thing as too much air if you can also keep the humidity up. When people say too much air they mean it’s drying out your tub. It’ll take a few runs to learn how to balance your stuff.
I agree with the stuff verum said about light. All my cube grows have been sunlight from a big window and they did fine but some types were waaaay more sensitive and would grow at a 45* angle toward the light.

No, they are brownish.
I picked half of the tub, another half when I get home. And then will drain the tub for swcond flush. Or I shouldnt do it, since there are small pins already formed? Probably better idea is to mist it heavy.
