Hey, so I collected a metric fuckton of blackberries (7 lbs) and found an easy no yeast tek on Pinterest.

I followed the tek, left the blackberries to ferment twice as long as stated though as it was slow going.
I also filtered the juice through muslin/cheese cloth before bottling.
Here is a pic of the bottled product.

And here is a pic of one of the bottles 36 hours after bottling.

it has settled lovely and is showing great clarity now, not much sediment at all in the bottom of the bottle.
It already has that red wine/alcohol scent to it. Just wait 2-3 months now for it to mature.

I love blackberry wine!
What I'd be worried about is that those bottles don't have any way to release carbonation produced by the fermentation. It seems like you have a lot of unfermented sugar in each of those bottles that the wild yeast will ferment, producing ethanol and CO2. I've never brewed with wild yeast before, but I'd be worried about those exploding.
Either way, that clarity is beautiful and it looks delicious!

Yeah, thats my main worry. I was planning on releasing the pressure once a week, in a sterile manner. Not fully opening to bottles but enough to squeeze a bit of pressure out.
Its cost me the grand total of 3lbs of sugar, so if it goes tits up there is no real financial loss. More of an experiment than anything else.

Awesome! You seem like you know what to do!
I’ve only been brewing for about a year and a half but have fallen in love with it and have made a ton of different batches! In fact I just finished a candy cap mushroom stout that is quite amazing!
You should go get an airlock and a gallon of cheap Carlo Rossi wine (or whatever glass gallon bottle you can find) and then do the same exact thing except do it all together with the airlock. It will make it a little easier to allow the gas to escape
But otherwise that looks fantastic and should be very tasty. Also, what I’ve learned is the longer you let wine/mead sit, the better
