Best way to continue this Pan Cyan grow?

Hello friends! So I received a wild Pan Cyan print that I managed to clean up pretty well after 3 transfers. I tiger dropped 3 very clean looking pasty plates to rye grain, one a little earlier than the other two in which I introduced it to grain after 2 transfers. On the first jar the mycelium just engulfed the grain and I decided to try and break it up to g2g to other jars which I soon found out was a bad move. Unsure if it was too much agar in the plate but the mycelium has yet to recover to full colonization. Here are some pics of where the three jars are at now:

I also made this liquid culture from clean agar that looks pretty decent which I am now keeping in the fridge:

I have tested the LC to rye with successful, but slow germination. The original plan was to get 6 jars colonized and buy a pre pasteurized manure sub from a reputable vendor and give a monotub approach a go. (Ive seen it done here before through searching here). My question is what would the experienced Pan cultivators do in my situation (who has only done cube monos) to successfully get fruits? Not really looking to get a large amount at this point, just want to try Pans and I feel Im kinda close! Thanks for any input in advance.

Those ones that aren't recovering are probably bacterial, I would toss them. Either it wasn't clean to begin with or you got something in there when you did G2G.

LC does not germinate just so you know. If there's a delay it's for another reason.

The colonized jars look good except maybe the real thick spots in the last pics.
I would go buy a bag of manure compost and sterilize or pasteurize it. Premade sub is unreliable.
Are you prepared to fruit them? Cube set ups won’t cut it with pans unless you live somewhere very humid.

Out of curiosity, why don’t the thick spots look good? That was how the first jar ended up looking before I broke it up for good lol. I ended up searching through Azuras grow log and figured I could sterilize a bag of substrate and knock up with the liquid culture I have. I have the materials to make a manure/straw/ Verm sub but I wanted to see what y’all thought.

I also was eyeballing the Pan fruiting made simple by jcm with the aquarium heater in a base of water at the bottom. What do y’all think would be the most inexpensive route to fruiting? Don’t have a Martha or room for one unfortunately.

Asura's sub has grains in it just a heads up if you plan to do the inoculate with LC method, re-read that tek to be sure you make the right sub for it.
