1st Attempt at agar, is this contam?

First time trying to cultivate mushrooms. I decided to go straight to agar based upon all my research here. I poured 20 plates on 9/9. I inoculated 6 plates (3 GT, 3 Brazil) on 9/11. All 6 look similar to this one. I'm under the impression that innoculating from a MS syringe would not show growth this quickly. For comparison, none of the un-inoculated plates show any signs of growth.
All work was done in a SAB, using an innoculating loop. Loop and syringes were flame sterilized red hot between each use. The loop was cooled in agar, the syringe was cooled by shooting out some solution before spraying it on the loop and then streaking it. The lid of the dish was only open long enough to inoculate, and I was careful not to have anything non sterile above the work.
I also cut some pieces from a portobello and put on a dish, and that shows no signs of contams. The fact that the portobello and un-inoculated dishes show no contam make me think my sterile technique is ok.
Spore syringes came from a reputable vendor.

Any input is greatly appreciated!

I inoculated 6 plates on 9/11, and 3 more on 9/14. Other than bacteria, only this one plate shows any other growth. Looks like mycelium to me, but I'm new so I'd like confirmation before I try to transfer. There is a lot of bacteria on this plate but I think I can get a couple small samples from the leading edge on the right side between the steaks.
Mold or mycelium?
Thanks!

I'm doing agar for the first time as well so no expert here but the first pics kinda look like contam, i got growth like that on my first plates and it turned out to be contam! From what I've read spore syringes are not clean whatsoever, even if the vendor is good the could carry some nasty things in them. That's my grain of sand, the pics on the second post i can't say anything myself, hope some more experienced cultivators can help you!

Looks like myc that is fighting that bacteria... I'd say try a transfer from where you've said.

Thanks. I took 6 different transfers to 6 new dishes, so hopefully I'll get some better growth. Also hoping some of the other ones I did start to germ so I get more chances.

Care to post where you took transfers from?

Green is where is saw no contam from the back side, yellow is most likely contaminated, red is 99.99% likely contaminated. I fully expect any plates that do take off to still have contam as well, just trying to reduce the contam to mycelium ratio so I can get a more clean next transfer.
