Funky GT, what's up with this?

This GT is kicking my butt, first in the FC(that's under control now) and now with this Hpoo substrate. Can anyone point me in the direction of what's going on?
Facts: both of the GT grows are from the same syringe. The one in coco/ver was a very active and inoculated rye bag very quickly. The one in manure was a slow goer and took a few extra days to fully inoculate the rye bag. Temps are constant 73°. The manure substrate was a little dry so I did a light mist on tubs. All my tubs have a single hole in the lid to allow gas exchange and are shoebox size.
This GT grow is a 50/50 coco/ver mix and it had minimal poofing. It was transferred over from Rye berries and took 4 days to look like this. This grow had ariel growth and has since started to pin nicely.
This GT grow is manure-based and not looking healthy imo the only difference is the substrate. Transferred over to substrate 9/8.
This looks to be myco piss?
Zoomed in:
This is a different strain(Cambodian Gold) that was inoculated within minutes of each other and is doing great. They sit right next to each other in my closet.

I know I'm annoying people , someone has seen this and knows what's up! Help me out plz. I'm thinking it's humidity related to the manure substrate. I've removed the lid and put another tub on top of it

The gt looks bacterial. Let it chill for a week then slap some coir on top see if that helps.
That "myco piss" is metabolites. Digestive enzymes.
Mycelium doesn't piss

People should really stop saying "myco piss"
But yeah, the tubs are bacterial. It shows because of the myc going areal. You see how it stretches up from the sub?
What you want is a nice even surface with hyphea ends just poking through your top layer.

Thanks, tryptkaloids. When you say let it chill for a week, what exactly does that mean? Just continue to let it do it's thing in the closet?

When i say let it chill i mean focus on other things.
Like learning how to use agar. Or working on clean spawn

I just think that we learn more (and the right things) by calling things for what they are, and aren't making up funny names that refers nothing to what it really is. I'm kind of a stick up with stuff like that, so it's just me being a tightass
And I agree with trypt. Go agar at once. You benefit much more from that in the long run.
