I made a thing. A playlist for therapy. Feedback welcome
    #26926875 - 09/09/20 06:04 PM (3 years, 5 months ago)

Hey all. I spent many hours making this playlist. I designed it specifically to elicit certain emotions at certain times. Starts off very calming/meditative, and lighthearted. Then gets a bit eerie for a while, followed by a breakthrough type song. Then it goes into music I would call contemplative, then comforting, and finally the cherry on top to give hope moving forward.

I hope someone finds a use for this. The other therapy playlists that are like 10 hours long are just way too long for me. This one is about 100 minutes or 1.65 hours. I intend to use it at the point where I start feeling a tickle from the shrooms, then start the music. So maybe 20-30 mins after ingesting powder on an empty stomach.

What I'm hoping for is a breakthrough with enough time to just relax with or without music afterwards to think about it. If you use it, I'd really like your feedback!

Mush love. I hope you find what you are searching for. :mushroom2:

I really dig the vibe you're going for here McDominator. My suggestion, If you haven't already is to check out Tony Anderson's work. I like to orientate his music towards the peak, most notably "Eyes Wide Open" or "Immanuel". I find he really has a great talent for evoking very deep, emotional thought about life. I've had very transcendent, life changing experiences with his music. He also has more calming work that never gets too intense such as "Ariana" for entry / come up.

Yes! Thank you so much for the recommendation! Fits right into what I'm going for here. Might just use some of his stuff in my list  And I have so much leftover material that I may just start making another list too! Much appreciated.

This may be even better than the one above for the intentions of the first track:

BTW both tried and tested

Thanks my friend

Fantastic material in here guys. I'm loving all of this

On a much lighter note, if you trip with a significant other you can play this as a joke. Really any good friend you could play this. I plan on playing it when I trip with my wife lmao. This song is hilarious.
