Prefabricated Flow Hood Questions

Opinions on lab quality Laminar Flow Hoods like these?
https://www.airscience.com/laminar-flow-hoods
I'm interested in opinions about their efficacy, not particularly about their price. I have a budget for this project, so for such an important part of my buildout, i am willing to spend an appropriate sum.
There are vertical and horizontal flow models and I have read here about the controversy over the two types, but I have seen very large commercial operations using the vertical flow "FLOW" models with apparently great success.
I am about to do a deep dive into agar and want an optimized solution.
Any help appreciated.

Our friend lotkid uses that brand of hood. It's horizontal. Works good. They're professional.
Welcome to shroomery.

You can do agar in your pajamas in a carpeted living room with cats using a plastic box with two arm holes cut in it and do it just as well as with a hood.
So, any flowhood made with a real hepa filter is already maximum efficacy.

Buy a used fan filter unit. You can get lucky and find them locally for cheap. Works like a charm.

Thanks for the replies and the welcome. This place rocks. Many years ago I learned to grow cannabis in a similar community. I appreciate all the knowledge and the non-toxic vibes. Hard to find on the interwebs these days.
I figured, based on what people are getting by with, that this would be a proper solution...
There will be no cats or pajamas at this op.
I've spent the last 25 years working in, designing and building cannabis grow facilities, extraction facilities and large scale propagation ops. One of my clients challenged me to build him a prototype containerized (built in a connex box ) mycology lab, spawning chamber and fruiting chamber. The core systems are essentially the same... firm control of all the environmental parameters- light, light cycles, temps, humidity. The intention is for the lab section, a 10x8'room to be an ISO 7 or 8 cleanroom like we do for plant tissue culture labs in cannabis.
Obviously, I have had to do a deep dive into mycology and the Shroomery has become one of my greatest resources. Thus far, its been a purely theoretical journey, but the warehouse lease is signed and the container delivery is being negotiated. Hands-on phase about to go down.
While I may never rise to the level of the mycologists and mushroom growers I am consulting on this project (one of whom will be running this facility when it ships to the client), I am really excited to get my hands on some spores and agar. I can't wait till I have 50 posts and 3 months in so that I can start to participate in the marketplace. I'm kicking myself for not joining the conversation earlier. I'm cool starting with prints and syringes that are readily available. I am an expert plant cloner and have had some experience with TC, so working with spores and agar is a new challenge I am really looking forward to.
I will be setting up a temporary personal lab in one of the offices at the build location. I chose this place from a few options because, besides having space for a 40ft and 2x 20ft containers, all the offices are un-carpeted.
I plan on starting a thread for the project.

Did you start the thread?
I'd love to follow along. I'm in the same situation, literally.
Commercial cannabis grower applying all that over to mycology and using my build team to make my mycology lab for me LOL.
The synchronicity is real
