Peruvian Torch at walmart?

I just saw these cacti. I am not an expert on cacti. I am likely totally wrong. I would like to know more about cacti. Hopefully someone with some experience can tell me whether these are trichocereus peruvianus. I suffer as a moderate deutan, colorblind, so bare with me and please don't snap on me and say "Wow dude, you thought THAT was a peruvianus! ... idiot!" P.s. I hate how walmart and other stores glue flowers on cacti. So tacky, ridiculous and frankly a disgrace to the cactus.

It has way too many spines. The spines on a peruvian are also very thick and stiff. Very sharp. Woody. It's the kind of cactus you look at and remind yourself to never ever have an accident around it.
Source: I have one.

I have been searching trying to find either peruvianus or pachanoi. I have heard online seed sellers are untrustworthy. What would you recommend with regard to acquiring either of these cacti?

I'm not sure you'll get a response to that type of question but I do urge you to do some research and do some serious digging. I'm sure you'll find it.

I’m not sure where you are located but I recently bought Ecinopsis pachanoi at my local plant nursery (I’m in CA). I also ordered some cuttings of E. peruviana from an online source also located in CA (I think it’s against the rules to say what vender?).

Looks like a Myrtillocactus geometrizans to me.
It's hard to tell for sure at that size though..
