Aerial mycelium - options, yield?

Conditions: Martha tek, put in Fruit Chamber 9/6, temperature 71° controlled by an inkbird controller combo via floor heater, humidity is also controlled by the inkbird via cool mist running 24/7 maintaining an RH of 94% for two days(This was my mistake and didn't fully understand the surface conditions, RH of Martha and surface, I still don't fully but learning to)
By the second day, I could realize something was wrong and started to ask questions/research while turning off the humidifier. 3rd day I'm running fans every two hours on a rotating schedule of 10 & 5 mins. 4th-day today, I left the fans running all day until the substrate moisture is gone(still in process). Returning to the fan schedule and turning on the humidifier when needed.
Trying to get this under control, any suggestions or information I can read? Hoping this is salvageable! Anyone saw it this bad before, how was your yield?
Today's photos:

It’ll be fine growth like that pops up sometimes in normal conditions too.
Now that you’re getting more air in there it should knot up or pin real quick.

What variety are you growing? Some genetics are just more prone to this than others.
It doesn't look too bad. Could be worse. There is still some areas where pins can form.
When I've seen this, I got fewer, but large fruits, and yield wasn't too much lower than usual.

That’s really aggressive growth.
At least it’s knotting now so it should stop growing over everything.

For sure AKA, this GT MS syringe is super strong. They colonized the substrate in 4 days, or so I thought. As I read more, I'm thinking part of the growth problem is stemming from them not being fully colonized. By day 4, they looked ready to me and now I'm dealing with them finishing in the FC. I probably should have waited another 4-5 days? Here is a picture of them right before FC:

So along with that, FAE, & the humidity these have been through it. 🥴

Yezzzir.. Wouldn't seem right if there wasn't a little excitement my first grow lol hoping the biggest fruit in the picture turns into a monster. Are there any signs that one will be bigger than the other?

potentially, could just be an early bloomer though. Pin size can absolutely be an indicator of what will become.

In that close up you can see the biggest one has the white line under the cap. I think called the skirt or something. Anyway ime once that shows up it’s a good indicator of how big they’ll be. I’d say that pin won’t be very big since that thing showed up while it’s still pretty small.
It’s not 100% reliable indicator though I’ve had some randomly grow massive when I thought they’d be tiny.
