I received grow kit made by my friend. Yesterday I transferred them into bigger box and after looking at them I'm worried that they are contaminated... they've spent few days in its original box covered with a lid before I've moved them into bigger one.
They came to be by a post so that was bit of journey and I'm not sure if this could affect it. Do they look alright to you or contaminated? Someone told me it's a cobweb, but apparently cobweb is very rare ? His kits are fine and doing well, I havent touched mine until yesterday and that's is how they looked.
It's my first time with growing and kits so I would really appreciate your help. Thanks!

Will let the more experienced growers chime in but imo it's definitely not cobweb. Cobweb is wispier and I don't believe it balls up like that. Could just be some kind of genetic mutation. When did this appear?
You can check out these links to see if there's anything that looks like that:

I took some new pictures today. My friend said it could be fluffy mycelium? He usually puts some substrate on top but he didn't had enough.I smelled it and its smells like mushrooms to me, nothing bad. And I was told bacterial or mold would smell really bad? That looks like an outbreak of trich, may me green the next days. The second confuses me a little. Looks weird to me. Are these uncolonized grains we see here on top?

I guess best is to wait few day and see what happens next ? If it goes bad I will toss it then, but maybe there is still chance that something will grow hmm..
Also, if it was contaminated would it give fruits?
If mushrooms start growing but there is some contamination it isnt safe to eat them later ?

The container in the top of the last picture posted, those small but thick white clusters may be trich colonizing.
If it goes green, go burry it away from your house and hope for an outdoor flush.
I don't see any indication of cobweb mold.

I don`t think you`ll get something out of the first one, if you get trich before there are pins, better forget about it. A little patch can be controlled, but this one will be green all over the next days. Usually the fruits from a contamned grow are safe, unless they`re covered with mold or rotting. A bit of mold doesn`t kill you, you dry or make a tea from shrooms, so mold will be surely killed.
Tell your friend these kits have bad spawn
