When to put to fruit?

Hi. Here are the pictures of my monotub after 6 or 7 days into colonisation. Is now a good time to put it to fruit? I have lot of smaller holes just above the supstrate/spawn surface and 2 bigger holes on the short sides of tub. All are covered with micropore tape. Should I just untape the holes, put the tub on indirect sunlight and that's it (it's end of the summer here so lot of sun during the day)?
One question: do I need to mist and fan (since holes are there for FAE)?
I have hygrometer so I will measure moisture and not let it drop below 95 (hope that's ok). I also plan to fan 2 or 3 times a day (and mist too, if moisture level drops below 95) just to be sure enough fresh air arrives...
Supstrate was made of cow manure (it rocks), coco coir, vermiculite and rice hulls.

Nowadays we put to fruit immediately. I do shoeboxes so I dont mist nor do I fan for the entire grow. And I now in monotubs like yours you dont fan either, you get passive FAE which is what you want. Basically fanning is outdated, we dont do it anymore. Now for misting in monotubs, I think you just spray well in the beginning put on the lid and keep track on the surface conditions. As long as you see small droplets/beads of water on the surface then you are fine. You can search the forum for "proper surface conditions" to know what to look for.
hygrometer is useless too. Like I said just maintain surface conditions. Your tub will basically do better without your interference as long as it gets enough (not too much) air and you can see water beads on the surface. Just leave it alone.

There are a LOT condaindicative information on this forum (for example, some say mist heavily, some say no misting etc..) so I basically ended up following couple of teks probably:) But so far so good. Why not use hygrometer? It has a sond (probe) on it, so I can measure moisture on surface level. Why not use it to my advantage? So I can only mist when really needed.
I put some women socks over my holes to prevent flies (I saw 2 little ones, dont want to risk it:)), will it lower my FAE? Probably not by much, I streched the socks over.

If you follow a special tek, there is never conflicting informations in it. Some teks you want to mist heavily ( shaper shoebox ), others not. In the end it's always your environment you have to dial in for fae/humidity relation. No one knows about your climate.
We all don't like these measuring tools, cause we use our eyes for that. Your meter may show 100% humidity, while another patch in your tub dries out.
I never tried women socks, if they were used i'd be afraid to contam my tub. Should work, but i just use micropore

Hygrometer isnt needed. If you prepped your tub correctly it wont need anything until you harvest it.
