I'm not sure it could get any worse. Wow. They did the best job at being awful.

How so? There are 11 cases. When my father was in junior high school 1/3 of his class never returned after an outbreak. They were dead or disabled. The vaccine is an amazing success. Mistakes happen, but Polio is an awful disease and it’s almost gone because of the vaccine.

Last US based case of Polio was 1979, although sometimes it is brought here by travelers since then. Before the vaccine we averaged 15k cases a year. Nope, 11 people in Sudan got it from the vaccine, obviously the vaccine was an abject failure.
If stupidity was an Olympic sport, I'd sell everything I own and bet on you for gold.

What's an "abject failure"?
I heard it is from the live polio virus being used that's giving people polio. Also, they are removing and changing vaccines, something about A, B, C viruses and B virus being taken out.

The Highwire reported on this Sept 3rd.

I'm not sure the people who were infected got it directly from the vaccine. The weakened vaccine-virus is excreted and in rare cases it can mutate over time to infect people that haven't been immunized. According to WHO, vaccine-derived polio is avoided when vaccine coverage is sufficiently high. https://www.who.int/westernpacific/news/q-a-detail/what-is-vaccine-derived-polio

Extremely unfortunate but, if wild Polio is indeed eradicated in Africa that is VERY good news.
We should actively genocide as many diseases as possible.
We're a genocidal species, so why not drive some human pathogens extinct?

Polio virus I believe, just off the top of my head use live attenuated virus. Also, polio is not eradicated in Africa, so is it smoking gun proof positive the outbreak came from the vaccine or just the timing correlates and people jump to conclusions?

Cutter incident On April 12, 1955, following the announcement of the success of the polio vaccine trial, Cutter Laboratories became one of several companies that was recommended to be given a license by the United States government to produce Salk's polio vaccine. In anticipation of the demand for vaccine, the companies had already produced stocks of the vaccine and these were issued once the licenses were signed.
In what became known as the Cutter incident, some lots of the Cutter vaccine—despite passing required safety tests—contained live polio virus in what was supposed to be an inactivated-virus vaccine. Cutter withdrew its vaccine from the market on April 27 after vaccine-associated cases were reported.
The mistake produced 120,000 doses of polio vaccine that contained live polio virus. Of children who received the vaccine, 40,000 developed abortive poliomyelitis (a form of the disease that does not involve the central nervous system), 56 developed paralytic poliomyelitis—and of these, five children died from polio.[2] The exposures led to an epidemic of polio in the families and communities of the affected children, resulting in a further 113 people paralyzed and 5 deaths.[3] The director of the microbiology institute lost his job, as did the equivalent of the assistant secretary for health. Secretary of Health, Education, and Welfare Oveta Culp Hobby stepped down. Dr William H. Sebrell, Jr, the director of the NIH, resigned.[4]
Surgeon General Scheele sent Drs. William Tripp and Karl Habel from the NIH to inspect Cutter's Berkeley facilities, question workers, and examine records. After a thorough investigation, they found nothing wrong with Cutter's production methods.[5] A congressional hearing in June 1955 concluded that the problem was primarily the lack of scrutiny from the NIH Laboratory of Biologics Control (and its excessive trust in the National Foundation for Infantile Paralysis reports).[4]
A number of civil lawsuits were filed against Cutter Laboratories in subsequent years, the first of which was Gottsdanker v. Cutter Laboratories.[6] The jury found Cutter not negligent, but liable for breach of implied warranty, and awarded the plaintiffs monetary damages. This set a precedent for later lawsuits. All five companies that produced the Salk vaccine in 1955—Eli Lilly, Parke-Davis, Wyeth, Pitman-Moore, and Cutter—had difficulty completely inactivating the polio virus. Three companies other than Cutter were sued, but the cases settled out of court.[7]
The Cutter incident was one of the worst pharmaceutical disasters in US history, and exposed several thousand children to live polio virus on vaccination.[3] The NIH Laboratory of Biologics Control, which had certified the Cutter polio vaccine, had received advance warnings of problems: in 1954, staff member Dr. Bernice Eddy had reported to her superiors that some inoculated monkeys had become paralyzed and provided photographs. William Sebrell, the director of NIH, rejected the report.

I didn't read the article, also found out that live attenuated Polio virus, can and periodically does mutate back into healthy strain, presenting challenges compaired to other live attenuated virus that are unique.

Good question. I've no reason to doubt what the UN or WHO are saying. It's a plausible explanation but it's not my area of expertise to make claim to it's certainty.

Sources? Yeah they fucked up, as did the usa removing their emerging virus team from china before this by trumps orders. Lots of blame to go around. But on purpose, if that purpose was coax more data out of China then I agree, you make it sound like it was done on grounds of malfeasance.

Guys, the World Health Organization is trying its best to get the whole world to take their vaccinations.
If ANYTHING hurts their agenda its a polio outbreak caused by a vaccin. That totally shits on their assertion that vaccin side effects are a nuisance at worst for those of average sensitivity.
You won't find the WHO deliberately spreading diseases through vaccins because the backlash of that is that they lose all credibility and the world vaccination program fails.
Its completely contrary to their agenda because it fuels the phobia of antivaxxers for decades to come.

https://www.news-daily.com/features/health/eradication-of-polio-in-africa-is-great-day-who-director-general-says/article_8897ac25-4ae7-5a0d-9efe-c29933396114.html
This doesn't mean no child will develop polio symptoms. The weakened virus used to make the oral vaccine can sometimes survive in populations that are under-immunized, and if it circulates long enough, it can morph back into a dangerous form. It's called a circulating vaccine-derived poliovirus. WHO says 16 African countries are currently fighting outbreaks of this vaccine-derived strain.
"The small risk of circulating vaccine-derived poliovirus pales in significance to the tremendous public health benefits associated with the oral polio vaccine," WHO says on its website.
"Circulating vaccine-derived polioviruses in the past have been rapidly stopped with 2--3 rounds of high-quality immunization campaigns. The solution is the same for all polio outbreaks: immunize every child several times with the oral vaccine to stop polio transmission, regardless of the origin of the virus," WHO said.
Meh. Doesn't seem to matter to WHO where polio originates. Juat keep vaccinations going and it'll stop.

Cha-ching.
