Couldn't find clear answer on search - main question is, do I need to pick all of these off when harvesting, will it contam if I don't?
Have a couple tubs going, some I did MS to agar. This tub though is just MS straight to grain. Have some good growth I think on the top, but getting a ton of pins all over sides and bottom - do I need to make sure they are all removed at harvest, or does it not matter? Lots on the bottom too.

Yes, remove at harvest.

Of course you want to harvest them all. They suffer a bit from lack of oxygen (and maybe light) i guess.

OK thanks for the replies - main reason I was wondering is I'm going to have to flip to get the bottom ones and didn't want to risk breaking anything if I didn't need to

Yeah you just gotta be super careful. Support the sub the best you can when flipping it to get to bottom ones.

Damn that’s a lot of nice little clusters. Is it treasure coast? It’s got that tall skinny look.
I’ve had good results taking subs like that out of the tub and putting it on a rack in a humidity chamber so they can grow all over.

Lining your tub can help reduce side and bottom pins. They're also helpful for flipping your sub. Since you don't have a liner, slow and smooth is the key. You can tilt the tub and use a hand to support the sub while you flip. Some growers add water to the tub, float the sub, flip and drain. Try a few methods and find what works for you it'll take a few trys to get it down.

Yes Treasure Coast! I actually thought something was wrong with them being so skinny like this, but I guess not I hadn't looked at a humidity chamber but I'll check that out
And thanks yes I was planning to float the sub, so I'll see how that fares when the time comes
