The gyms are finally open! 1

I missed my elliptical, although the mask crap is starting to get old, fast. My local bar opened for indoor dining recently and you're allowed to be maskless while you're in your seat, 6ft away from everyone.
I walked into the gym with a generic mask yesterday because I forgot my good one and they turned me away. Although it says in the video that you can be maskless while you're at your station, they make you at least cover your mouth while on a machine. So you turn me away for fully covering my face in the paper mask but let people go around with their noses exposed anyway? Some backwards-ass crap but I'm just happy to have the gym back.

Ugh never again will I mess with steroids. I was on a 3-500mg cycle of Enanthate that a friend got for me and I dove in without knowing anything about it. I had no idea I needed a PCT or anything like that and I quickly scrambled to put it in place when my cycle ended. I def made some gains but I wasn't looking to bulk, I wanted to cut up so I was using them for all the wrong reasons.
My Nolva came just in time, even with all the mail delays. I got lucky. Even though I was on a light beginner's cycle I was going in blind without bloodwork or anything.
I'll stick to the natural for now.
Balls are finally almost back to normal too.
Shit's weird, yo.

I didnt expect you being on a brutal steroids scheme, it would just suck eggs if you were and the gym closed up.
I went swimming yesterday, my favorite form of exercise, I was full of joy to finally hit the water again and seeing the familiar faces of crew and public.
A gym too, its part exercise, part community experience, you miss the bros when its gone.
I dabble in steroids but very lightly, never as heavily as you did
I'm on a break though.
I was amazed at how fit I still was despite having not swam since march. I still could do 3 hours and pick up groceries on the way home.

Yeah I would probably do it again but have my pct lined up much sooner so I can do a proper cycle. I didn't waste it; I put lots of time into lifting and definitely busted my ass. I fell into a depression afterwards though (unrelated) and stopped for like a month, pretty much losing most of my gains anyway.
I'm gonna get as slim and cut as I can on my own then might start up another routine now that I'm versed on it and I know what I'm doing.
It's funny how small your balls can shrink so quickly. They easily went down to half their normal size. I was feeling around one day and my heart skipped a beat .
Other than that I had no negative side effects. No acne, I'm already bald, sex drive was on point, no crazy mood swings or "roid rage".
I'm not looking to stack, either, just add some extra test. Definitely gonna get blood work done too next time so I can accurately dose.

Balls shrinking and swelling is juit the seminal and associated fuids contained in them, its the difference that restores as fast as your natural hormonal levels do.
People think "you roid and swell up with muscle" which to an extent is true but they fail to realize that you roid primarily to push yourself harder in the gym.
They're called "performance enhancing" for a reason, if you want beastly gains you'll have to undergo beastly exercise regimens - and in fact, if you high dose roid you have to "work it off" for a healthier reasult - its like how you shouldnt take speed to sit still, it just turns to anxiety and paranoia if you don't se speed to give yourself speed in doing something.
You shouldnt take top athlete steroid doses if you dont work out, eat and sleep like a top athlete.
You know this but, for the novice
Microdosing the Breakfast of Champions <-- what I do with steroids
I did that in 2017, still have most the muscle gains from that period.

"We will NEVER do any of these lockdowns again," Gov. DeSantis said during a Tuesday press conference. Reporters had asked about the possibility that the state could see an uptick in COVID-19 cases during the fall and winter.
DeSantis left no room for doubt that Floridians under his watch would not be subjected to another financially devastating lockdown. Further, DeSantis said, prolonged lockdowns cause more harm to the health of the people they're meant to protect.

The results are in. Counterintuitive though it may be, statistical analysis shows that locking down the economy didn’t contain the disease’s spread, and reopening it didn’t unleash a second wave of infections.
---------
Depending on what city/state you live in, they could be open indefinitely.

Glad you get to work out OP. I should adopt a yoga routine sometime.

I'm in Cali and lord knows when these idiots will open gyms back up. They were suppose to on the terms of reservations only, with a 45 minute limit until our douchebag gov even crippled that down.
Soooo I went and bought my own gym and very happy, Bowflex Xtreme SE 2, mint condition for $600. It actually kicks ass and I'm very happy with it, it even has a squat station. So much more variety with cables rather than a standard plate system with steel arms, etc.

Definitely a lot of water weight but the roids had me swole
I'm lucky to have a gym rat for an upstairs neighbor/friend that has a bunch of weights in the basement I was able to use during quarantine. I call it our, "Brazilian Prison Gym".

Awesome you had that neighbor Newbie!
I've never injected roids, I will do short oral cycles when I hit a plateau to push me out of it. I had a friend that just about died from Staph infection from injecting so that scared me away from needles. I vary from M1-test, Superdrol, Dbol & Oral Tren depending on my goals. Yes, I use all liver protection, been at it 20 years with no issues.
My fav though is Dbol, but the bloat I hate.

If you have a gymrat for an upstairs neighbor with a gym in his basement, wouldn't that mean you live in his gym?

I'm comfortable with IM shots because I used to dose Ketamine that way. Always super sterile; always after a shower, alcohol swabs, gauze, new needle each time, etc. The only part that bothered me was aspirating it, pulling back on the plunger to check for blood. I'd move it around too much and be sore AF the next day but eventually I learned to hold it more still.

Isn't it common to rotate muscles to avoid scarring and to give the shot in the muscle group being worked out that day. Or just the glute works.

Always my quads. It's the easiest for me and I've never had an issue. The glute seems like it'd be easy but knowing me I'd go too far up or down and hit something important. I always use the hand measure for reference. I was taught to measure a hand width from the knee, a hand width from the hip; anywhere between that space and off to the anterior.
Hold it like a dart, poke with purpose, no pain.

I was on Test-E, which is a long ester, only inject once or twice a week. I'd switch legs if one was sore but the injection site is so big I didn't really feel any discomfort.
