Identifying some mushrooms
    #26920527 - 09/06/20 06:38 AM (3 years, 4 months ago)

Check out my pics here:
https://imgur.com/gallery/q6f4vhA

The first pics are what I'm more interested in, but there's also a shelf fungus in there just for fun.  I am new to this, and this is my first post also, so hello everyone.

Habitat:
I found them growing out of some dead wood in a group, in the woods in Wiltshire today, it's been a bit wet lately and the heat of summer has been gone for a couple weeks.

Gills:
The gills were an attractive, slightly peachy light orange.  Check my pic but they look a bit subdecurrent?

Stem:
The stem was very dark orangey reddish brown, but white at the very top.  There was a very dark annulus.  It was fairly brittle, and it was wet.

Cap:
The cap (of the big one I picked) was maybe two inches across, a tasty looking caramel colour, and maybe slightly umbonate.  There is a distinct yellow patch in the middle of the cap, which I guess is an umbo?

Spore print color:
:^( didn't do this, do you guys bring out paper to do this, like a pocket book or something?

Bruising:
I didn't see that it changed colour when I damaged it, and I definitely damaged it (see pic).

EDIT:
Sorry, I wrote all of that but never said what I actually want :^) obviously the caramel colour reminds me of Psilocybe Azurescens (wavy caps), which is nothing like our Psilocybe Semilanceata (liberty caps), but I hear is spreading across the UK after coming here inside fertiliser or wood-chips or something?  But I don't think this is Azurescens because the stipe wasn't white, it didn't bruise blue, it had an annulus, and the caps... weren't wavy?  I've seen online that there are a bunch of lookalikes, some of which are deadly, so I'm interested to learn to distinguish them, just for laughs and to be a nerd when I'm out in the woods this autumn/winter, you know.

Thanks to you all.
