Looking for information/advice on how triptans for migraines affect psilocybin tolerance.

I've read from multiple sources (cluster busters being the main one I've researched on) that triptans can have a pretty big impact on shroom tolerance.
I took 40mg of Relpax (eletriptan) yesterday (Thursday) afternoon and I'd like to trip on Sunday if possible. Is 3 days enough to still have a good trip or should I wait until next weekend? The next few months are peak migraine season for me so I'll be trying shrooms to treat them while I'm not working, but I need to rely on triptans at work.
Anyone have any experience with this? Most of the info on cluster busters is on the efficiency of "busting" after taking triptans, not how strong the trip is. My main concern is tolerance, I don't think serotonin syndrome is a risk and I've taken SSRIs and triptans together in the past without side effects.

I don't have an answer for you, but am also a chronic migraine sufferer who uses Relpax, so curious about this too

I did get a reply over at clusterbusters.org and the general rule is 5 days after any meds, including triptans which seem to cause a cross-tolerance as far as I can tell.
Seems it's probably best to wait at least 5 days after treating a migraine with triptans to avoid tolerance and significantly reduced effects. I'd probably feel fine going 3 days, but I had to take another Relpax today so tripping tomorrow isn't going to happen. I needed a reason to take a break anyway :-)

Treat your migraine with shrooms.
I do so. A low dose like 0.3 to 0.5g should be enough to diminish the pain and beeing able to mantain daily tasks again.
And it does wonders to clusterheadache also.

Someone over at cluster busters was just giving me some advice on that. I'm looking more into it now :-) specifically the SPUT method for relief at work.

Wikipedia said:Interactions
Strong inhibitors of the liver enzyme CYP3A4, such as erythromycin and ketoconazole, significantly increase blood plasma concentration of eletriptan and should be separated by at least 72 hours. Ergot alkaloids, such as dihydroergotamine, add to the drug's hypertensive effect and should be separated by at least 24 hours.[4]
I would also not combine this with LSD and other psychedelics without a wash out period because it could be dangerous.
Since shrooms and LSD alone seem to work for migraines is there a spillover to other serotonin receptors than 5HT2a or how does this work?

This is something I am aiming to do and what has brought me here to Shroomery
I used to go mushie hunting on hikes but due to how disabled I am by migraines these days it is no longer possible. I am thinking that learning to cultivate myself will be an interesting albeit challenging hobby to take up during this pandemic.
