About 2 or 3 days ago

No worry though they'll still be great.  You wanna get 'em before those little "teeth" start to grow out and droop downward though.

Thank you! I'm glad I asked because I would've waited for them to have a full mane. Harvested, got about 18 ounces. Follow up question, do I need to do anything for a second flush or just put them back into fruiting conditions?

Maybe someone else can answer that.  I never put a lot of energy into 2nd flushes, most of my blocks just go outside after the first and I get mushrooms at random.

They've done well. What's your secret?

I just put the bags back into the greenhouse after harvesting and they produce a second flush.
But not much more, you can really see that the block has lost a lot of water (or nutrients) afterwards.
Maybe one can rehydrate it, but I never bothered so far.

I just harvested 3 bags of lions mane maybe 4 or 5 days ago. After harvest they went right back into the grow. This is my first try for a 2nd flush, and I was alittle iffy on how it would work with some harvested fruits being sliced off, and some were pulled off gently. But the last 2 days I've noticed mycelium growing over again, and this morning I'm actually noticing some pinning coming back. So hopefully it's simple for a 2nd flush?
