C64 definitely had the best sound chips of retro systems.

I think the PSP deserves the title of best console ever because it's an awesome emulator on top of everything else. The screen was cool, it felt a little wonky to hold but it was powerful. People loaded Windows on to those things. The Switch is coming close to taking that title last I checked. As far as the most fun I've had though it would probably be my ps4 or my Wii u.

Psp went to new places with homebrew. They even added in Web browsing and Linux to thwart homebrewing. They ended up removing Linux because it was counterproductive.

Ephesians 6:12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. Psalm 12:6 The words of the Lord are pure words: as silver tried in a furnace of earth, purified seven times. Hebrews 11:3 Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear. Revelation 3:11 Behold, I come quickly: hold that fast which thou hast, that no man take thy crown.

Reason those hyperkin systems do not have n64 yet is because n64 emulation is not as smooth as you'd expect, and very resource intensive compared to other systems (gamecube and wii emulation became more accurate for more games before n64 did, as an example).
Those hyperkin systems do read off real cartridges, but they don't have the original hardware by any means. They use android to emulate the systems, and the experience is really no different than emulating the game from a rom file. Most systems you wont even notice though because emulation is near perfect for a lot of those older cartridge based systems.
As for n64 accuracy and stability, just a few months ago there have been updates to Mupen and ParaLLEl (cores in Retroarch) that make most games run much smoother and more accurately than ever before.
Here's a copy of retroarch I setup for n64 emulation last month. Has some CRT shaders and stuff setup too. It's configured to an xbox controller. To change the shader, hold down L3 and click right or left on the dpad. This is setup for windows specifically though.
