i got to thinking, there is a cobweb like mold that actually has black hairs.
then i was looking at the hair on my arm, and i was woundering is that hair or is that really some "form" of mold that attaches itself to your body?
some might say ok but its got your dna in it....but wouldn't a leach have your dna in it also??
black cobweb just reminds me so much of hair....think about it if we didn't wash ourselfs everyday and we lived outside prob in the cold it would grow more and flurish....it just requires certain things to make it grow and make us look like apes.
i base the last paragraph on the fact that it seems like people who are outside more often and wear less clothes/ in more colder weather that they tend to have thicker hair on there bodys.
anyways somethin to ponder.

No, hair has really nothing at all to do with molds...
Hair is a long strand of proteins stacked on top of each other.
Your hair doesn't have any of your DNA in it - because it isn't made of cells...just strands of protein. If a strand of hair gets pulled out of your skin, the hair "follicle" will often come out still attached to the strand of hair. The follicle is what makes the hair, and it is made of cells just like everything else in your body so it does have your DNA in it.
The hair itself is just a dead (and was never living) strand of protein.

Fungus mycelium - made from fungus cells held together with proteins, just like the cells in your skin.

When I first started growing mushrooms I had dreams of mycelium growing out of my scalp.
